It is for the information to all the admission seekers & general public that the registration for
participating in Centralized Online counseling for all Govt./ Govt. Aided and Self Financing Polytechnics
situated in the State of Haryana for admission to the various Diploma courses will be started w.e.f.
09.06.2023 onwards.

Note: The candidates belongs to Haryana State, shall provide their Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) ID. As per the provisions of the “THE HARYANA PARIVAR PEHCHAN ACT, 2021”, all related data of the applicant like name, gender, DOB, father name, mother name, income, category etc. will be fetched & verified from his/her PPP ID data base and these details will be non-editable. So, all the aspiring candidates from Haryana State must get their PPP IDs updated/corrected/verified and linked with their mobiles number, so that they may not face problems during their registration/ counseling/ admissions process (refer to https://meraparivar.haryana.gov.in)
Registration Fees
The Registration Fees shall be deposited by the candidate Online through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking by using online payment gateway during filling the online application form.
Note:
The Registration Fees once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.

Rs. 700/- for All Reserved Categories (SC/ SCD/BC/PH/FF/ESM/EWS/KM/Girls)

A. DIPLOMA ENGG.
[Three Years Duration - Semester Based Course]
Eligibility
Passed 10th Std/ SSC Examination. (Passed from a recognized Board)
Basis of Admissions
Admission in Diploma Engg. Course shall be made through online off-campus counseling on the
basis of inter-se-merit/ rank prepared of %age of Secondary School Examination (Matriculation) or
equivalent qualifying examination
B. ADMISSION IN DIPLOMA ENGG. – LATERAL ENTRY
[Two Years Duration - Semester Based Course]
Eligibility Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information
Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/
Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship (compatibility as per Table given below).
(Note: The Affiliating Body will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering
drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired learning outcomes of the
programme)
OR
10 + (2 years ITI) shall be eligible for admission to Second Year Diploma Course(s) in ANY branch of
Engineering and Technology as per compatability. (Compatibility Table at page no. 18)
OR
NSQF level 4 in any course will be eligible for consideration in various Diploma Engineering courses as per
compatability.
C. ADMISSION IN DIPLOMA PHARMACY
[Two Years Duration - Annual Course]
Entry qualification:
Passed 10+2 (PCM/ PCB) from Board of School Education, Haryana, or
examination from a recognized board/ university (Subject to change by State Govt. decision).
Eligibility (Subject to change by State Govt./ Pharmacy Council decision if any)
Passed from a recognized Board/University in any of the following examination with pass in Physics,
Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics:
Intermediate examination in science.
First year of the three years degree courses in science.
Regular 10+2 examination only in science academic stream.
12 years Higher Secondary Education Board Exam (Science academic stream with Physics,
Chemistry, Biology) of Higher Secondary Education Board, Nepal.
Pre-degree exam., or
Any other qualification approved by Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the
above examination.
