NEET-PG 2022 Rescheduled

NEET-PG 2022 Revised Schedule 

NBEMS has notified that-

1. Pursuant to the directions of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Govt. of India vide its letter no. F. No. Z-28011/68/2021-MEC dated 03.02.2022, the conduct of NEET-PG 2022 examination which was earlier notified to be held on 12th March 2022 stands rescheduled. 

2. The NEET-PG 2022 shall now be conducted on 21st May 2022 (09:00 AM to 12:30 PM). 

3. The online application window for submission of applications for NEET-PG 2022 which was earlier notified to be closed on 04.02.2022 (till 11:55 PM) shall now continue till 25.03.2022 (till 11:55 PM). 

4. The Edit Window for all candidates who will successfully submit their applications & pay the examination fee for NEET-PG 2022, during the aforesaid application window, shall now be opened as per timelines detailed below.

Haryana ANM, GNM & MPHW(M) Admissions 2021-22 Schedule, Eligibility  & Procedure

Govt. of Haryana has notified that the Haryana Nurses and Nurse Midwives Council, Panchkula is authorized to conduct Combined Centralized Online Counselling as per the merit drawn on the basis of Qualifying Examination i.e. 10+2 for admission to ANM, GNM & MPHW (M) courses in Government/Private Nursing and MPHW(M) Training Schools in the State of Haryana as per the procedure notified in this notification.

It is further notified that all the students desirous of seeking admission to ANM/GNM/MPHW(M) courses will have to get themselves registered online through the Admission web Portal. The details of admission web portal including dates for inviting online applications and counselling schedule will be duly publicized as well as uploaded on the website of the Haryana Nurses and Nurse Midwives Council, Panchkula i.e. www.haryananursescouncil.in and on the website of Department of Medical Education and Research i.e. https://dmer.haryana.gov.in/. The candidates are required to visit the websites and admission web portal regularly for latest updates.

It is notified that in the Government Nursing/MPHW(M) Schools all seats shall be assigned as State Quota Seats. It is further notified that in Private Nursing/MPHW(M) Schools covered under notification, 50% of the seats will be assigned as State Quota seats and 50% seats as Management Quota seats. The candidates applying under PWD category shall have to get the disability certificate issued by the Medical Board from the Civil Hospita be made as per INC/State Government guidelines. Any vacant seats in this category shall be filled up as per State Reservation Policy.

Eligibility Criteria: 

A candidate desirous of seeking admission in ANM, GNM & MPHW(M) courses for in Government/ Private Nursing Institutes and MPHW(M) schools shall be eligible if he/she: 
i. Is a citizen of India. 
ii. The candidates, who are bonafide residents of Haryana as per instructions issued by the Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana and who/whose parents produce(s) Haryana Residence Certificate as per Government instructions given in Annexure II, III &IV or any further amendments issued by State Government from time to time. 
iii. For Management Category, candidates from All over India shall be eligible, irrespective of their State of domicile and place of study. 
iv. The minimum age for candidates desirous of seeking admission should not be less than 17 years and more than 35 years as on 31.12.2021 (There is no upper age limit for ANM qualified candidates applying for GNM course, provided minimum education eligibility qualification of 10+2 is fulfilled). 
v. All candidates (General/ SC/SC (Deprived)/ BC-A /BC-B/ Benchmark Disabilities/ EWS/ ESM/ FF) desirous of seeking admissions in any Category of seats should fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria/qualifications/qualifying criteria as per the Qualifying Examination for admission to these courses. 
vi. All candidates should be medically fit, the certificate (issued by Health Department, Haryana) has to be submitted to the School where he/she gets admission (Any candidate found to be medically unfit shall be disqualified). 

FOR GNM 

Minimum education: 

 10+2 class with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English Individually from any recognized board. Candidates from State Open School recognized by State government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government are also eligible. 
 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational ANM course from school recognized by INC 
 10+2 with English having 40% marks in Vocational Stream – Health care Science from CBSE Board/Central Government. 
 Registered ANM with pass marks

FOR ANM 

Minimum Education: 

 10+2 in any stream (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Science or Health care Science - Vocational stream only passing out from recognized Board. 
 Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by National Institute of Open School. 

For MPHW(M) 

Minimum Education 

 10+2 with any stream. 

Note:– 

 Only female candidates will be considered for ANM course and only Male candidates for MPHW(M) course. 
 The candidates who have been provisionally allotted seats will have to bring, in original, all the relevant certificates/documents at the time of document verification without which admission shall not be granted. Attested photocopies of certificates/documents will not be considered valid for the purpose of admission and the seat allocated to them online shall be cancelled. 
 All candidates should be medically fit.

Procedure for Admission

i. The schedule of counselling, admissions and start of classes shall be in conformity with the schedule laid down by Indian Nursing Council / State Government/Haryana Nurses & Nurse Midwives Council.

ii. a) Admission will be made through Online Centralised Counselling from the list of registered candidates on the web portal as per merit in respective qualifying examination. 
b) Preference in merit shall be given to candidates with the Subjects of Science in qualifying examination. Only after exhausting the list of candidates with Science in qualifying examination, the other eligible candidates will be considered. 
c) In case of a tie between two or more candidates having equal marks/merit in the merit list, the tie will be broken as under – 
(i) Candidates with higher marks in Biology (for candidates having biology as a subject) 
(ii) Candidates with higher aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. 
(iii) Candidate older in age. 
(iv) Alphabetically the one who comes first.

It is for the information to all candidates/ colleges participating in UG Counselling 2021 that the Round-1 of UG Counselling was put on hold due to hearing held on 27.01.2022 in the matter of Gidla Bala Surya Chandra & Ors. Vs. UoI & Ors. before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras.

a) The seat distribution of MBBS/BDS Courses in various Government/Government Aided/Private Medical/Dental Education Institutions including those under Private Universities will be notified later on and shall be available on the website of University i.e. uhsr.ac.in; dmer.haryana.gov.in and on the Admission Web Portal i.e. https://uhsrugcounselling.com prior to commencement of counselling. The seats in each Course/Institute are subject to the final approval from Govt. of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi/State Government/Affiliating University. Accordingly, the final distribution of seats may vary depending upon the sanction/decision of the Govt. of India/NMC/DCI/State Government/Affiliating University. 

b) Roster for all categories of seats including PWD, EWS shall be verified by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak for allotment of seats under reserved category.

Reservation-

The State Reservation Policy shall be applicable for admission to all State Quota Seats in Government/Government Aided Medical/Dental Colleges and for 50% State Quota Seats in Private Medical/Dental Colleges affiliated to Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. 

Reservation for EWS Category shall be provided as per Haryana Government Notification dated 25.02.2019 (Annexure-I). The candidates will be required to submit Income and Asset Certificate issued from Competent Authority as per Annexure-I of the said Notification dated 25.02.2019. EWS Quota shall be provided against the actual number of EWS seats granted/enhanced in the specific Course/Institution as recommended by NMC and approved by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India.

Registration for Counselling-

All the students desirous of seeking admission to MBBS/BDS Courses will have to get themselves registered online through the authorized admission web portal. The detail of the web portal and counselling schedule shall be duly publicized on www.uhsr.ac.in and https://dmer.haryana.gov.in. The candidates are required to regularly visit the websites as stated above for updates. 
The candidates will have to appear in person before the Admission Committee at Pt. B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak for document verification.

Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in Govt./Govt. Aided Medical & Dental Institutions and Open Merit Category(State Quota) Seats in Privte Medical /Dental Institutions will be eligible if he/she:

No candidate who has failed to obtain the minimum eligibility marks (as specified in NEET UG-2021) shall be eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS courses.

Attested photocopies of certificates/documents will not be considered valid for the purpose of admission and the seat allocated to them online shall be cancelled.

Registration cum Counselling fee

The Registration cum Counselling fee (Non Refundable) shall be as under: 
Rs. 2500/- for Unreserved Category. 
Rs. 1250/- for SC/BC/EWS/PWD Categoryof Haryana. 
Rs. 10,000/- for NRI Category.

All Private Medical/Dental institutes including those under Private Universities will deposit a processing fee for counseling @ Rs. 2000/-per sanctioned intake of seats.
