For Pharmacist-

(a) B. Pharmacy from a recognized Institute.

For Nursing Officer

1. Matriculation or its equivalent.

For Stenographer Gr.-III

1. 12th Pass or equivalent under 10+2 system from a recognized Board/University. 
2. Speed of 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typewriting in English

80 w.p.m. in shorthand and 35 w.p.m. in typewriting in Hindi.

EXAMINATION FEES AND MODE OF PAYMENT: 

₹ 100/- (One Hundred only)
a) Women candidates and candidates belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Physically Handicapped & Ex-serviceman category are exempted from paying Application fee. 
b) Ex-servicemen who have already secured employment in civil side under Central Government on regular basis after availing of the benefits of reservation given to exservicemen for their re-employment are NOT eligible for fee concession. 
c) The candidates submitting their application online should pay the requisite fees only through SBI e-pay. Other mode of payment will not be considered and the application of such candidates will be rejected outrightly and payment made shall stand forfeited.

MODE OF SELECTION: 

The selection shall be made through One Tier examination scheme.
(i) The Examination questions will be bilingual (Hindi & English) except for the Language papers which would be in the language concerned only. 
(ii) There is no provision of re-evaluation/re-checking of Answer Sheets/Answer Scripts in respect of the examinations conducted by DSSSB. 
(iii) The DSSSB reserves the right to cancel/withdraw any question/questions from the Test. 
(iv) The Board has fixed the minimum qualifying marks for different categories (UR/SC/ST/OBC/PH/EXSM) in order to achieve qualitative selection and to recruit the best talent available and the same is available on the website of the Board, however, cutoff marks for selection in different categories may go higher depending upon the marks obtained by the candidates and number of vacancies. 
(v) The Board makes provisional selection of the candidates on the basis of information provided in the application and documents/certificates provided by the candidate at the time of submission of document and recommends the same to the indenting/user department. Further the Appointing Authority i.e. the indenting/user department verifies and satisfies itself about the authenticity of documents/certificates and eligibility as per the Recruitment Rules before finally appointing the candidate(s). Therefore, the provisional selection of a candidate does not confer upon him/her any right of appointment unless the Appointing Authority is satisfied, after such inquiry as may be considered necessary, that the candidate is suitable in all respects for appointment to the post. 
(vi) In case of combined examination for more than one related posts the preference order of the posts by the candidate will be obtained at the time of document verification. 
(vii) If there are two or more candidates in the same category having equal marks in the examination, the candidate older in age will get preference. In case of further tie, candidate having higher marks in Section “A” of the test shall be preferred. 
(viii) In case of Combined Examination of common posts, the result of earlier post code shall be processed first. 
(ix) The Board may shortlist the candidates for written examination on the basis of marks in qualifying exam (as per essential qualification given in RRs) in case there are a large number of candidates. 
(x) Candidates may apply for more than one post codes but The Board may hold the examinations of two or more different post codes on the same day and candidate may opt to take the examination of any one post code only.

SYLLABUS: ( for One Tier Schemes ) One Tier Examination:- 

Section-A: 

(i) General Awareness: Questions will be designed to test the ability of the candidate’s General Awareness of the environment around him/her and its application to society. The questions will be designed to test knowledge of Current Events and of such matter of everyday observation as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to History, Polity, Constitution, Sports, Art & Culture, Geography, Economics, Everyday Science, Scientific Research, National/International Organizations /Institutions etc. 
(ii) General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability: The syllabus of General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability includes questions of both verbal and non-verbal types. Test may include questions on analogies, similarities, differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship, concepts, arithmetical reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series etc. 
(iii) Arithmetical & Numerical Ability : The test of Arithmetical and Numerical Abilities will cover Number Systems including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Data Interpretation, Fractions, L.C.M., H.C.F., Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Mensuration, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Tables & Graphs etc. 
(iv) Hindi Language & Comprehension and English Language & Comprehension: In addition to the testing of candidate’s understanding and comprehension of the English and Hindi Languages, questions on its Vocabulary, Grammar, Sentence Structure, Synonyms, Antonyms and its correct usage etc. would also be covered. 
SECTION B (applicable only for One Tier Technical examination): Post specific subject related questions: Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions on the subject concerned as per the qualification prescribed in the Recruitment Rules for the post.

AIIMS MBBS 1st Round of online seat Allocation/ Counselling- 2018

AIIMS 1st Round of online seat Allocation/ Counselling for MBBS- 2018, Eligibility, Procedure, Schedule of Counselling

ELIGIBILITY For AIIMS MBBS 2018 Counselling: 

All candidates who have been listed in the result notification No. 69/2018 dated 18.06.2018 will be eligible to participate in the 1st Round of the Online Counselling/Seat Allocation (In each category i.e. UR, OBC, SC and ST, the total number of candidates eligible for the 1st Round of Online Counselling/Seat Allocation is 4 times the number of seats available in each category).

PROCEDURE for AIIMS MBBS Counselling 2018: 

1. Registration for Counselling: 

All eligible candidates will have to Register themselves for MBBS Online Seat Allocation/Counselling portal [PAAS/MBBS 2018 of AIIMS, New Delhi]. The link for the portal will be activated for eligible candidates in the MyPage accessible by logging in using the credential that they have used for filling application form and other processes related to AIIMS MBBS entrance examination-2018. For more details read. On clicking the link, the eligible candidates will be directed to Online MBBS Counselling/Seat Allocation portal where the candidates will have Register for online counselling and set new password. This password is required to access the Online MBBS Counselling/Seat Allocation. 
IF ANY ELIGIBLE CANDIDATE DOES NOT REGISTER IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT HE/SHE IS NOT INTERESTED TO JOIN ANY OF THE AIIMS. 

2. Making Choices: 

The MBBS Online Counselling/Seat Allocation portal will allow candidates to make choices of AIIMS (New Delhi and 8 other AIIMS) and arrange them in desired order. The candidates can make any number of choices, can edit the choices and reorder the choices within the date and time specified in the Important Dates link in the Portal. More details are available on “How to Fill’ link and ‘FAQ’ link in the Online Counselling Portal. 

3. Dates: 

The Portal will be opened for dates specified in the Important Dates link in the Portal. The choices made by the candidate will be locked either by the candidate OR automatically on the last Date and Time specified in the Important Dates link in the Portal. Once locked the candidate shall not be able to edit any of the choices for that round unless otherwise specified.

4. Mock Round 

A Mock Round will precede the 1st Round. The seat allocation during the Mock Round represents the likely seat that a candidate will be allocated as per choices made by the candidate. After announcement of Seat Allocation for Mock Round, another opportunity will be provided to the eligible candidates to register/edit/reorder their choices before the allocation of seats in the 1st Round. Please note that the result of the Mock Round are only indicative and change may be expected after the 1st Round since candidates permitted to edit choices before the 1st Round. If the candidate fails to log-in after filling in their choice for the mock round, choices made in the mock round will be used for the 1st round. 
However their seat allotment shall be provisional subject to examination by the duly constituted Medical Board. 

5. Seat Allocation

The seat allocation will be done in order of merit and according to choices made by the candidates as described in point no 2. Candidates will be allocated the highest available choice considering their merit and their constitutional reserved category (if any). Allocation of remaining seats in the reserved category will be done after the allocation of seats in the unreserved category. 

6. The seat allocation in the Mock Round and 1st Round will be done as per schedule specified in the Important Dates link. 

7. Acceptance of MBBS seat in AIIMS after Online Counselling: 

All the candidates who have been allocated seats in the 1st Round are mandatorily required to login to the MBBS Online Counselling/Seat Allocation portal and actively choose one of the following options within date and time specified in the Important Date link.:
 
Option 1. ACCEPT allotted seat and DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE in further rounds of Seat Allocation 
Option 2. ACCEPT allotted seat and WANT TO PARTICIPATE in 2nd ROUND of Seat Allocation 
Option 3. DECLINE/REFUSE allotted seat and DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE in 2ndROUND of Seat Allocation 
Option 4. DECLINE/REFUSE allotted seat and WANT TO PARTICIPATE in 2nd ROUND of Seat Allocation 

Important: 
Failure to login and selecting an option within date and time specified in the Important Date link will lead to forfeiture of the allotted seat and render you ineligible for 2nd and 3rd round. 

8. All the candidates who are allocated seats and who choose to Accept as in Option 1 and 2 (as mentioned in point no. 7) are required to report to allocated AIIMS within the date and times specified in the Important Date link and are required to deposit original certificates/Demand Draft of Rs. 1 Lakh and other documents that will be mentioned in result notification of the seat allocation of the 1st Round of Online Counselling. 

9. All the candidates who are allocated seats and who choose to DECLINE as in Option 4 (as mentioned in point no. 7) are required to deposit original certificates/Demand Draft of Rs. 1 Lakh and other documents that will be mentioned in result notification of the seat allocation of the 1st Round of online counselling to any of the AIIMS within the date and time specified in the Important Date link. 
10.Candidates availing constitutional reservation in the 1st Round must show valid proof of their claim for reserved seat at allocated AIIMS when they are depositing original certificates/Demand Draft of Rupees 1 Lakh. In case they do not possess a valid certificate then their claim for the reserved seat allocated in 1st Round will be nullified and they will be eligible to appear in the 2nd Round as UR candidate provided they deposit the original certificates/Demand Draft at the allocated AIIMS. 
11.Candidates availing PWBD horizontal reservation in the 1st Round must show valid proof of their claim for reserved seat at allocated AIIMS when they are depositing original certificates/Demand Draft of Rupees 1 Lakh. In case they do not possess a valid certificate then their claim for the reserved seat allocated in 1st Round will be nullified and they will be eligible to appear in the 2nd Round as UR/OBC/SC/ST candidate in their respective category as applicable without PWBD reservation provided they deposit the original certificates/Demand Draft at the allocated AIIMS. 
12.The 2nd round will be initiated after completion of 1st round.
