What is CLAT ?

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national level entrance exam for admissions to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programmes offered by 22 National Law Universities around the country.

CLAT is organized by the Consortium of National Law Universities consisting of the representative universities.

Important Events-

CLAT 2021 Under Graduate

Eligibility

1. There will be no upper age limit for UG Programme in CLAT 2021.
2.As regards minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination), the candidates must have secured:
i. Forty five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories
ii. Forty Percent (40%) marks or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
3. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in March/April, 2021 are also eligible to appear in CLAT 2021 examination. However, they shall be required to produce an evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.
4. The result of the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) shall be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission failing which the candidate shall be ineligible for admission to the Course.
5. In case of equal marks, the break of tie shall be by the following procedure and order as under:
i. Higher marks in the component / section on legal aptitude in the CLAT 2021 exam;
ii. Higher age;
iii. Computerised draw of lots.

CLAT 2021 Post Graduate

Eligibility

1. An LL.B Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of Fifty percent (50%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories and Forty-Five percent (45%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
2. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2021 are also eligible to apply.
3. No upper age limit is prescribed for appearing in CLAT 2021.
4. Tie Breaker Rule : In case of equal marks, the break of tie shall be by the following procedure and order as under:
i. Higher age;
ii. Computerised draw of lots.

Result of LDC DHBVNL & Scrutiny Schedule

Result of Written Examination and Scrutiny of Documents for the post of Lower Divisional Clerk of DHBVNL, Haryana Against Advt. No. 11/2019, Cat No. 04.

HSSC has notified that on the basis of written examination (CBT) held on 25.02.2020 for the post of Lower Divisional Clerk of DHBVNL, Haryana Against Advt. No.11/2019, Cat. Scrutiny of Documents

The Scrutiny of Documents of the above candidates will be held from 23.02.2021 to 26.02.2021. 
The candidates are advised to report at 09.00 A.M. in Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Sector-3, Panchkula. 
They are also directed to bring all original documents, set of self attested copies of all documents, one ID Proof and copy of downloaded application form. 
2. In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of Documents , no further opportunity will be given thereafter.

Counselling Schedule for Nursing Courses

Counselling Schedule for B.Sc./ M.Sc. & Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) 2020-21

Admission to Nursing, BPT and other Paramedical courses for the academic session 2020-21 shall be conducted through online combined centralized counselling for all Govt./Govt. aided and private un-aided Nursing/ BPT/ Paramedical institutes in the State of Haryana on the basis of merit list prepared as per the marks obtained in the CET-2020.

UHSR UG/PG CET Schedule

UHSR UG/PG CET 2021 Admit Card & Entrance Test Schedule

The Entrance examination for admission to M.Se Nursing/NPCC/Post Basic B.Se Nursing/B.Sc Nursing/ other Para Medical Courses 2020-21 will be held on 14.02.2021 (Sunday) between 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM. 

All the candidates are advised to bring along with them their valid photo identity proof issued by the Government along with their Roll No slip/Admit card, at the examination center. 

Admit Card for UHSR CET 2021

The Roll Nos./Admit Cards of the candidates, for appearing in the entrance examination for admission to M.Sc Nursing/NPCC/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing/B.Sc Nursing/ other Para Medical Courses 2020-21, have already been communicated to the applicants. 

The applicants can download the same from their Login ID. 

In case of any difficulty in getting the Admit Card, the candidate can collect the same from the O/o the Controller of Examinations, Pt. B.D. Sharma, UHS, Rohtak. on 13.02.2021 (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM).

Admit Card for Joint Entrance Exam (Main), March, 2021

The National Testing Agency is conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) –2021 for March Session in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at different centres located in 331 cities throughout the country and abroad from 16 to 18 March  2021. The candidates can download their Admit Cards from the website jeemain.nta.nic.in w.e.f. March 11, 2021(Thursday). 

How to Download JEE Main 2021 Admit Card-

The candidates are advised to download their Admit Card of Joint Entrance Examination (Main), March 2021(using their Application No.and Date of Birth) along with the Undertaking of JEE (Main) March–2021 and go through the instructions contained therein as well as in the Information Bulletin.

Directorate of School Education Haryana invites online applications directly from the PGTs working on Regular basis in the Govt. Schools in Haryana and willing to be posted in Govt. Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary Schools (GMSSSS) of the State against clear and deemed vacancies.

Eligibility for PGT in Model Sanskriti Schools-

These schools are English medium schools of Haryana Govt. and affiliated to CBSE. So the application should be fluent in spoken English and must be able to teach her/his subject in English as the medium of instruction expect languages like Hindi-Sanskrit etc.

Eligibility for PGT Sanskrit-

Essential Qualification:- 

(i) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher. 

(ii) Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of concerned subject. 

(iii) “Good Academic Record” Candidates having 50% marks after taking average of any three examination from 10th/12th /Graduation/Post Graduation as the case may be. However the candidate must have atleast 50% marks in Post-Graduation except PGT Computer Science and in case of PGT Computer Science, the candidate must have at least 55% marks in Post Graduation/Graduation as the case may be. 

(iv) “M.A. Sanskrit/Acharya with at least 50% marks and B.Ed./Shiksha Shastri/Language Teachers Course (L.T.C.)/ Oriental Training (O.T.) in Sanskrit from a recognized university or conducted by the Haryana Education Department or an equivalent qualification recognized by Haryana Education Department; and;” 

Age for PGT Sanskrit: 

Minimum 18 years and Maximum‐ 42 years. 

Pay Scale for PGT Sanskrit:

In the pay matrix level-8 (Rs. 47,600-1,51,100).

PGT Sanskrit Examination Schedule :-

The Examination either Online (CBT) or OMR Based is likely to be held in the month of 14th March 2021. The date, time and place of examination will be as per admit card. However, HSSC reserve the right to reschedule/change the above schedule on administrative grounds or otherwise. 

Selection Criteria for PGT Sanskrit-

(i) The scheme of marks in respect of selection to the posts shall comprise of total 100 marks, as detailed below:

(ii) The 90 marks of written examination shall be divided into two parts comprising:- 
a) 75% weightage for General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, Computer, English, Hindi and concerned or relevant subject, as applicable. 
b) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana. 

(iii) The 10 marks for socio-economic criteria and experience shall be allocated as follows: 
a. if neither the applicant nor any person from among the applicant’s family viz father, mother, spouse, brother, and Son is, was or has been a regular employee in any Department/Board/ Corporation/Company/ Statutory Body/Commission/Authority of Government of Haryana or any other State Government or Government of India. (5 marks) 

b. if the applicant is:- (i) a widow; or (ii) the first or the second child and his father had died before attaining the age of 42 years: or (iii) the first or the second child and his father had died before the applicant had attained the age of 15 years,”. (5 marks) 

c. If the applicant belongs to such a denotified tribe (Vimukt Jatis and Tapriwas Jatis) or Nomadic tribe of the State of Haryana which is neither a Scheduled Caste nor a Backward Class. (5 marks) 

d. Experience: 

One-half (=0.5) mark for each year or part thereof exceeding six month of experience, out of a maximum of sixteen years, on the same or a higher post in any Department /Board /Corporation /Company /Statutory Body /Commission /Authority of Government of Haryana. No marks shall be awarded for any period less than six months.

1. Scanned Copy of Essential Academic Qualifications and Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth and other relevant details. 
2. Scanned Copy of SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESP/ESM/DESM/DFF/ PwD (Person with Disabilities) certificate alongwith Haryana domicile Certificate issued by competent authority. 
3. Scanned copy of Certificate claiming weightage/marks under socio-economic criteria and experience alongwith Haryana domicile Certificate issued by competent authority. 
4. Scanned Photo duly signed by the Candidate. 
5. Scanned signatures of the Candidate. 
6. Scanned copy of all documents showing higher qualification, experience etc. on which basis candidate claim marks.

Corrigendum-

1. The candidates who have earlier applied against the advertisement no. 4/2015, category no. 16, and are eligible as per qualifications mentioned in the Advt no. 1/2021 may also apply. The Commission has decided to give one time relaxation in fee and age to those candidates. However, such candidates will have to apply afresh along with proof of depositing the application fees. They are required to upload the E-challan along with the fresh application form and will produce the original E-challan at the time of test/verification. Those who do not fulfill eligibility conditions or don’t want to apply, may claim refund of application fees. 

2. As per resolution of the Commission dated 29.09.2015, in case of multiple candidates having same marks in final merit list, candidate elder in age will be preferred and considered for selection. 

3. As per resolution of the Commission dated 23.11.2018, candidates equal to three times the total no. of posts will be called for the scrutiny of documents on the basis of marks obtained in written examination. The marks of the Socio Economic Criteria will be added after scrutiny of documents and only of those candidates, who will be eligible after scrutiny of documents.

Last Date Extended-

Keeping in view the convenience of the candidates, the last date for applying online application forms against this Advt. 1/2021 is hereby extended up to 18.03.2021 till 11:59 P.M, through the URL address i.e http://adv12021.hryssc.in/StaticPages/HomePage.aspx. Thereafter, website link will be disabled. 
The last date for deposit of fee is also extended up to 22.03.2021.

Last Date Extended

Keeping in view the clarification given by the Director Secondary Education Department Haryana vide memo no. 4/105-2012 PGT-1(2) dated 06.05.2021, One time relaxation has been granted to apply against the Advt. No. 1/2021, Cat. No. 1, to those candidates who have applied against the Advt. No. 4/2015, Cat No. 16 on the basis of HTET.

As per clarification received, B.Ed should have Sanskrit as a teaching subject to make a candidate eligible for the post of P.G.T. Sanskrit.

In view of this the candidates who applied in advertisement no. 4/2015, Cat No. 16 having passed HTET till the date of Interview of advertisement no. 4/2015, cat no. 16 are hereby allowed to apply for advertisement no. 1/2021, cat no. 1.The last date for applying online application forms against this Advt. 1/2021 is hereby extended from 24.05.2021 to 09.06.2021 till 11:59 P.M, through the URL address i.e. http://adv12021.hryssc.in/StaticPages/HomePage.aspx.

The last date for deposit of fee is also extended up to 11.06.2021.
