ELIGIBILITY-

All individuals who possess minimum educational qualifications etc. as delineated in the service rules relating to the teachers of all the three levels (available on the website of the School Education Department, Haryana (www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in) and also in these guidelines are eligible for the test (HTET) which will be conducted for the following three levels :- 
i) who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V (Primary Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification. 
ii) who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII (TGT – Trained Graduate Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification. 
iii) who intends to be a PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) and fulfills the minimum qualification. 
However, a person who intends to be a teacher for levels (i) and (ii) mentioned here above (i.e. Teacher for classes I to V and VI to VIII) and fulfills minimum qualifications for both levels will have to apply On-line for both separately. Similarly, if a person who also intends to be a lecturer and fulfills minimum qualifications, he/she will also have to apply On-line separately.

Education Qualification for Categories 1, 2 & 3 

i) The candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized education Board/Institution for all the categories. 
ii) Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject or higher education;

18-25 years (On the first day of the month in which the applications are invited for recruitment of Constable i.e on 01-12-2020). 

Note 

(i) :- For Ex-servicemen- the break in service between the date of discharge and between the 1st day of the month (i.e 01.12.2020) in which enrolment process is started, shall not exceed four years as per rule 12.24 (1) (c) of Punjab Police Rules,1934. 

(ii):- For the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Backward Class, Economically weakar section (EWS) Categories relaxation in upper age limit of 5 years shall be given as per Govt. Instruction issued from time to time.

1. The dependent of ESM and DFF are required to pay the fee as for General, SC or BCA & BCB Candidates, as the case may be. 
2. Fee once deposited against an application form is neither transferable nor refundable/adjustable. 
3. The fee should be deposited through Net banking or e-Challan in any branch of State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank and IDBI Bank available on payment site. 
4. Candidates are advised to choose their mode of payment i.e. Net banking or eChallan while applying online

These posts iwere advertised earlier by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula  
Against these posts no recruitment process could be initiated and the same were cancelled by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula vide Cancellation Notice dated 29.12.2020. The candidates who had earlier applied against the above categories will also be eligible against the re-advertised posts. The government has decided to give one time relaxation in fee and age to the candidate who had applied against the Advertisement No.06/2019 issued by Haryana staff selection commission . However ,such candidates will have to apply afresh along with proof of depositing the application fees. They are required to upload the E-challan along with the fresh application form and will produce the original E-challan at the time of test/verification .

Criteria for Selection, Examination & Syllabus. 

Haryana Police Knowledge Test (80% weightage):- 

The detailed procedure of Knowledge Test shall be as follows: 
(a) All candidates shall have to undergo a Knowledge Test of eighty (80) marks comprising of objective type, multiple choice questions. 
(b) The Knowledge Test shall be of the objective type having hundred (100) multiple choice questions of 0.80 marks each and test shall be of ninety (90) minutes duration. While each correct answer will gate 0.8 marks, there will be no negative marking for wrong answers. It shall be held simultaneously for all candidates. The medium of examination shall be Hindi except where the knowledge of English language of the candidates is to be tested. The medium of examination shall be bilingual i.e. both in Hindi as well as in English. 

Syllabus for Haryana Police Knowledge Test (KT) 

The test paper shall include questions on General studies, General Science, Current affairs, General Reasoning, Mental Aptitude, Numerical ability, Agriculture, Animal husbandry, other relevant fields/trades etc. There shall be at least (10) questions relating to basic knowledge of computer. The standard of questions shall be as expected of an educated person having passed 10+2 examination of Board of School Education Haryana for the post of Constable. 

Haryana Police Physical Screening Test (PST):- 

(a) Candidates, equalling seven (07) times the number of vacancies in each category shall be declared to have qualified the Knowledge Test (KT). 
(b) The candidates who have qualified in Knowledge Test shall be put to a Physical Screening Test, which would be only qualifying in nature, to judge their physical fitness and endurance. The standards prescribed for this test shall be as under:-

1. Male 2.5 Kilometer 12 minutes 
2. Female 1.0 Kilometer 6 minutes 
3. Ex.-serviceman 1.0 Kilometer 5 minutes 
Note: 
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) or any other superior and reliable technology shall be used to ensure reliability of this test at the discretion of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission. 
(c) The responsibility of having the requisite medical fitness to undergo this test shall rest upon the candidate. 
(d) The candidates who fail to meet the standards prescribed for Physical Screening Test shall stand eliminated from further selection process. 
(e) The result of physical screening test shall be prepared by the Haryana staff selection commission. The Haryana staff selection commission shall display the same on its official website. 
(f) Only the candidates who qualify the standards prescribed for Physical Screening Test shall be allowed to take part in the further process of selection. Note:- The candidates belonging to dependents of Ex-Servicemen and dependents of Freedom Fighters category are required to complete in Physical Screening Test with standards similar to the candidates belonging to their respective categories i.e. “General, SC, BC-A, BC-B". Process of holding Physical Screening Test and instructions shall be notified separately before the PST.

Haryana Police Physical Measurement Test(PMT):- 

(a) The candidates who have qualified the Physical Screening Test shall have to undergo Physical Measurement Test as per standards prescribed in Appendix-B of Haryana Police (Non-Gazetted & other ranks) Service Rules, 2017, as amended from time to time. 
(b) To make the entire process of the physical measurement test tamper proof, fair and impartial , standard digital measurement devices shall be used to the extent possible, in a manner that the candidates are able to read their measurements on a digital display monitor. 
(c) The result of physical measurement test shall be prepared by the Haryana staff selection commission. The Haryana staff selection commission shall display the same on its official website . 
(d) The candidates who fail to meet the standards prescribed for Physical Measurement Test shall stand eliminated from further selection process. 
(e) Only the candidates who qualify the standards prescribed for Physical Measurement Test shall take part in the further process of Selection

Additional qualification:(10% weightage):- 

(a) All candidates who have qualified the Physical Measurement Test shall be called for scrutiny of documents. All other candidates shall stand eliminated from further process of selection. 
(b) i) For Constable:- 
Education (maximum 07 marks): Candidate with higher education i.e. with Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized University shall get four (04) marks, while candidate with Post Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized University shall get additional three (03) marks. 
(C) NCC Certificate (maximum 03 marks): 
Candidate having NCC certificate of A, B or C level shall get 01, 02 and 03 marks respectively (for constables ). 
Note Candidate Should have passed higher qualifications upto cut of date and uploaded the certificate with application form

Miscellaneous (10% weightage):- 

(a) (i) Five (05) marks shall be given if neither the applicant nor any person from among the applicant’s father, mother, spouse, brother, and Son is, was or has been a regular employee in any Department/Board/Corporation/Company/Statutory Body/ Commission/Authority of Government of Haryana or any other State Government or Government of India. (ii) Five (05) marks shall be given, if the applicant is:- 
(i) a widow; or 
(ii) the first or the second child and his father had died before attaining the age of 42 years: or 
(iii) the first or the second child and his father had died before the applicant had attained the age of 15 years,”. 
(iii) Five (05) marks will be given, if the applicant belongs to such a denotified tribe (Vimukt Jatis and Tapriwas Jatis) or Nomadic tribe of Haryana which is neither a Scheduled Caste nor a Backward Class. 
(iv) Maximum of Eight (08) marks have been kept for experience as an adhoc or contract employee. One-half (=0.5) mark for each year or part thereof exceeding six months of experience, out of a maximum of 16 years, on the same or a higher post in any Department, Board, Corporation, Company, Statutory Body, Commission, Authority of Government of Haryana. No marks will be awarded for any period less than six months: Provided that no applicant will be given more than ten marks under any circumstances for (i) to (iv) above. 

(b) Claim of reservation benefit and/or relaxation etc., if any, shall be admissible to those candidates only, who submit the requisite valid original certificate issued prior to cutoff date for scrutiny alongwith their application in support of their claim failing which, they will be considered under general category provided they are otherwise eligible. Information in this regard will be displayed on official website of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission. No certificate issued after cutoff date shall be considered. 

Haryana Police Recruitment Examination Schedule :- 

The Examination either Online (CBT) or OMR Based is likely to be held from 27.03.2021 to 28.03.2021 & the date, time and place of examination will be as per admit card. However HSSC Reserve the right to reschedule/change the above schedule on administrative grounds or otherwise. Syllabus for Pharmacist Exam-

The examination for the said post will comprise of 90 multiple choice question of 90 minutes duration and divided into two portions comprising:-
 
a) 75% weightage for General awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, Computer, English, Hindi and Concerned or Relevant Subject, as applicable. 

b) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana. Each question will carry equal marks.

No applicant shall be given more than 10 marks for socio-economic criteria and experience under any circumstances.

Staff Selection Commission will hold Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2020 for filling up of various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’posts in different Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations. The details of the examination are as follows

Essential Educational Qualifications (as on 01-01-2021):

For Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer: 

Essential Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
Desirable Qualifications: 
Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics.
During the period of probation direct recruits shall have to qualify the “Subordinate Audit/ Accounts Service Examination” in respective branches for confirmation and regular appointment as Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer.

For Junior Statistical Officer:

Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level; 
Or 
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.

For All other Posts:

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.

The candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply, however they must possess Essential qualification on or before 01-01-2021.

As per Ministry of Human Resource Development Notification dated 10-06-2015 published in the Gazette of India all the degrees/diplomas/ certificates awarded through Open and Distance Learning mode of education by the Universities established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature, Institutions Deemed to be Universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and Institutions of National Importance declared under an Act of Parliament stand automatically recognized for the purpose of employment to posts and services under the Central Government provided they have been approved by the Distance Education Bureau, University Grants Commission. Accordingly, unless such degrees are recognized for the relevant period when the candidates acquired the qualification, they will not be accepted for the purpose of Educational Qualification
As per UGC (Open and Distance Learning) Regulations, 2017 published in official Gazette on 23-06-2017, under Part-III (8) (v), the programmes in engineering, medicine, dental, nursing, pharmacy, architecture and physiotherapy etc. are not permitted to be offered under Open and Distance Learning mode. However, pursuant to the Hon’ble Supreme Court Order dated 11-03-2019 in MA No. 3092/2018 in W.P. (C) No. 382/2018 titled Mukul Kumar Sharma & others Vs AICTE and others, B. Tech. degree/ diploma in Engineering awarded by IGNOU to the students who were enrolled up to academic year 2009-10 shall be treated as valid, wherever applicable.

All the candidates who are called for documents verification will be required to produce the relevant Certificates such as Mark sheets for all the three years of Graduation/ Provisional Certificate/Degree of Graduation in original as proof of having acquired the minimum educational qualification on or before 01-01-2021, failing which the candidature of such candidates will be cancelled by the Commission. The candidates who are able to prove, by documentary evidence, that the result of the qualifying examination was declared on or before the cut-off date and he/ she has been declared passed, will also be considered to meet the educational qualification.It is reiterated that the result of requisite educational qualification must have been declared by the Institute/ University by the specified date. Mere processing of the result by the University/ Institute by the cut-off date does not fulfill the EQ requirement.
In case of the candidates possessing equivalent educational qualification, such candidates shall also produce relevant Equivalence Certificate from the concerned authoritiesat the time of Document Verification. However, final decision regarding selection of such candidates will be taken by the concerned User Departments/ Appointing Authorities.

How to apply: 

Applications must be submitted only in online mode at the official website of SSC Headquarter i.e. https://ssc.nic.in.
For detailed instructions, please refer to Annexure-III and Annexure-IV.
Sample proforma of One-time Registration and online Application Form are attached as Annexure-IIIA and Annexure-IVA respectively.

Application Fee:

i. Rs 100/-(Rs one hundred only).
ii. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes(SC), Scheduled Tribes(ST), Persons with Disabilities(PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.

Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, Master card, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
Online fee can be paid by candidates up to 02-02-2021(23:30 hours).However, candidates who wish to make cash payment through the challan of SBI, may make payment in cash at the Branches of SBI within the working hours of bank up to 06-02-2021 provided the challan has been generated by them before 04-02-2021(23:30 hours).
Candidates who are not exempted from fee payment must ensure that their fee has been deposited with SSC. If the fee is not received by SSC, status of the Application Form is shown as ‘Incomplete’ and this information is printed on the top of the printout of online Application Form. Further, status of fee payment can be verified at the ‘Payment Status” link provided in the candidate’s login screen. Such applications which remain incomplete due to non-receipt of fee will be SUMMARILY REJECTED and no request for consideration of such applications and fee payment after the period specified in the Notice of Examination shall be entertained.

Scheme of the Examination: 

The Examination will be conducted in four tiers as indicated below:
Tier-I: Computer Based Examination
Tier-II: Computer Based Examination
Tier-III: Pen and Paper Mode (Descriptive paper)
Tier-IV: Computer Proficiency Test/ Data Entry Skill Test (wherever applicable).
