What is CLAT ?

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national level entrance exam for admissions to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programmes offered by 22 National Law Universities around the country.

CLAT is organized by the Consortium of National Law Universities consisting of the representative universities.

CLAT UG Eligibility

1. There will be no upper age limit for UG Programme in CLAT 2021.

2. As regards minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination), the candidates must have secured:
(i) Forty five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories
(ii) Forty Percent (40%) marks or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
3. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in March/April, 2021 are also eligible to appear in CLAT 2021 examination. However, they shall be required to produce an evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.
4. The result of the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) shall be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission failing which the candidate shall be ineligible for admission to the Course.
5. In case of equal marks, the break of tie shall be by the following procedure and order as under:
i. Higher marks in the component / section on legal aptitude in the CLAT 2020 exam;
ii. Higher age;
iii. Computerised draw of lots.

CLAT PG Eligibility

1. An LL.B Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of Fifty percent (50%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories and Forty-Five percent (45%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
2. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2020 are also eligible to apply.
3. No upper age limit is prescribed for appearing in CLAT 2020.
4. Tie Breaker Rule : In case of equal marks, the break of tie shall be by the following procedure and order as under:
i. Higher age;
ii. Computerised draw of lots.

Documents to be uploaded with CLAT Online Application.

2. Signature of the candidate
3. Category certificate if you are applying under SC/ST/OBC
4. Relevant certificate issued by competent authority if you are applying if candidate is P.W.D
5. Relevant certificate issued by competent authority if you are coming under BPL category
NOTE:
The original certificates/documents issued by the competent authority as specified in the brochure are to be submitted to the allotted University in the form and manner as specified by the respective universities at the time of admission.
The photograph and signature of the candidate need not be attested while submitting the Online Application Form.

CLAT UG Syllabus

Introduction and Overview

The UG-CLAT 2021 would focus on evaluating the comprehension and reasoning skills and abilities of candidates. Overall, it is designed to be a test of aptitude and skills that are necessary for a legal education rather than prior knowledge, though prior knowledge occasionally may be useful to respond to questions in the Current Affairs section.

The UG-CLAT 2021 shall be a 2-hour test, with 150 multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each. There shall be negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. These questions would be divided across the following 5 subjects:
English Language
Current Affairs, including General Knowledge
Legal Reasoning
Logical Reasoning
Quantitative Techniques

Reference Haryana Staff Selection Commission written examination notice dated 20.10.2015 for the post of Art & Craft Teacher against Advt. No. 6/2006, Category No. 22 which was held/issued on 29.11.2015 in compliance of orders dated 20.02.2015 passed by the Hon'ble High Court in CWP No. 18482 of 2010 and thereafter re-examination notice dated 11.04.2017 (Which could not be held). And whereas Division Bench of Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana, High Court vide order dated 10.11.2020 dismissed LPA No. 359 of 2015 (O & M) titled as Vinod Kumar & Others V/S State of Haryana &Others and directed that the judgment rendered by Supreme Court in Ramjit Singh Kardam's case (PTI Case) would certainly apply in the present case as well and now the SLP filed against the said judgment has also been dismissed. Now, therefore, it is notified for the information of all concerned who had earlier applied for the post of Art & Crafts Teachers against Advt. No. 6/2006, Cat. No. 22, that the Haryana Staff Selection Commission will conduct examination for 816 posts of Art & Craft Teacher advertised vide Advt. no. 6/2006, Cat. HSSC Art & Crafts Teacher Syllabus/ Paper Pattern-

The written examination for the above post will comprise of 100 multiple choice questions and divided into two portions comprising:-
A). There will be 100 objective type multiple choice questions (60 questions relating to academic knowledge of the respective subject for which candidates is appearing in the test and 40 questions relating to General Knowledge, General English & Hindi upto Matric Standard. Each question will carry two marks).
B). The candidates will have to secure the minimum qualifying marks in the written test as mentioned below:- 
 a) General Category - 50% 
 b) SC, BC - 45% 
 c) ESM - 40% 
d) DESM and Outstanding sports persons – As for General, SC, BC candidates as the case may be
Candidates equal to three times of the number of vacancies will be called for interview based on their performance in the written test. The total marks obtained in the written test and viva-voce will determine the merit of the candidates in their respective categories. A list of candidates who had applied against Advertisement. No. 06/2006, Cat No. 22 is available on the web-site of HSSC i.e. www.hssc.gov.in. The candidates are advised to go through the list before downloading the Admit card. If any candidate does not find mention name in the list he/she shall approach the Commission’s office till 06.01.2021 with original fee proof/Roll No. Slip etc. for the post of Art & Crafts Teacher against Advt. No. 06/2006, Cat No. 22.

HSSC has notified that candidates who had applied against advertisement No. 06/2006, Cat No. 22 (list available on website of Commission) shall fill/upload their required details including Photograph and signature on the link i.e., ‘click here for Art & Crafts Teacher’ available on website of Commission from 22.01.2021 to 25.01.2021 after which link will be disabled. 
Candidates shall enter their personal mobile number wherever asked for as without OTP admit cards will not be generated. 
Candidates must upload their recent photograph and signature using the above mentioned link failing which admit cards cannot be downloaded.

What is CMAT?

Postponement of CMAT-2021 Examination and Extension of Registration

CMAT-2021 Entrance Examination has been postponed, as AICTE has now proposed change in the examination pattern having an additional(optional) section for the Entrance Examination to be held in 2021 for candidates interested in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The details of new section added is as follows-

Answer Key CMAT-

The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT)-2021 was conducted throughout the country on March 31, 2021 through the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. 

The National Testing Agency has uploaded the Provisional Answer Keys along with the Question Papers with Recorded Responses on the CMAT https://cmat.nta.nic.in for candidates to challenge. The procedure (as enclosed for the challenge of Answer Key may be used.) 

The candidates, who are not satisfied with the answer key, may challenge the same by paying a fee of ₹ 1000/- per question challenged as a non-refundable processing fee. 

This facility is available from April 3, 2021 to April 5, 2021 (upto 05:00 PM). The payment of the processing fee may be made through, Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/Paytm upto April 5, 2021 (upto 11:50 PM). 

No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee.

The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT)-2021 has been conducted throughout the country on 27.02.2021. 
The National Testing Agency has uploaded the Question Papers and Answer Keys for GPAT on website https://gpat.nta.nic.in for candidates to challenge. 

The link will be available on the website and the candidates need to click on it to view their respective question papers and the responses attempted. Candidates may “login and click link for display of their question papers and responses attempted”. This facility will remain available as per the schedule mentioned below:

1. Date for Display of QP and Challenge of Provisional Answer Key for GPAT : 07.03.2021 to 09.03.2021 (upto 11:00 am) 

2. Last date of successful transaction of fee through Credit/Debit Card/Net- banking/UPI:  09.03.2021 (upto 05:0 pm)

The candidates are required to pay online a sum of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand only) as processing fee for each key challenged (excluding Bank charges). The payment of the processing fee may be made through Debit/Credit Card/ Net Banking. No challenge will be entertained without receipt of processing fee.

How to Challenge Answer Key 

1. Please go to website https://gpat.nta.nic.in 
2. Click ‘Challenge (s) regarding Answer Key’ 
3. Log in with your Application Number and Date of Birth and enter Security Pin as displayed and Submit. 
4. Click ‘Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key’. 
5. You will see Question IDs for GPAT – 2021. 
6. The ID next to the question under the column ‘Correct Option’ stands for the correct Answer Key to be used by NTA. 
7. If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the Option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking the check box. 
8. You may want to upload supporting documents in which you can select ‘Choose File’ and upload (all documents to be put in a single pdf file). 
9. After clicking your desired option scroll down, ‘Save your Claim’ and move to next screen. 
10. You will see a display of all the Option IDs you have challenged. 
11. Click on ‘Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally’. 
12. Select Mode of Payment and Pay a non-refundable processing fee @ Rs. 1000/- for each question challenged. Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/Paytm

Admit Card for the Examinations

The Admit Card will be issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to their satisfying the eligibility conditions. 
The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website and appear for the Examination at the given Centre on Date, timing and Examination as indicated in their Admit Card. 
No candidate will be allowed to appear at the Examination centre, on Date and timing other than that allotted to them in their Admit Card. 
In case candidates are unable to download Admit Cards from the website, they may approach the Help Line between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm or write to NTA at cucet@nta.ac.in
The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the Examination. 
In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signatures shown in the Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate may immediately approach the Helpline between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. In such cases, candidates would appear in the Examination with the already downloaded Admit Card. However, NTA will take necessary action to make correction in the record later.

Last Date Extended-

The Central Universities – Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) 2021 for Academic Session 2021-22 will be conducted throughout the country on 15 September, 16 September, 23 September and 24 September 2021 through the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to add 02 more Cities of Examination Centre for CU-CET 2021:

1.Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar 
2.Kasaragod, Kerala

Those candidates who have already submitted their application forms can edit the city of Examination Centre when the correction period is open. The NTA will make efforts to allot city of examination to the candidates as opted by them. Allotment of seat will be based on capacity and also if adequate number of candidates have opted for the city. However, if very few students have opted for a test centre, a different city will be allotted based on the correspondence address given by the candidate in their Application Form, and the decision of the NTA regarding allotment of Centre City shall be final.

The last date for submission of online forms is being extended upto 05 September 2021 (upto 11:50 pm).

Revised schedule will be as follows:

i. Last date for submission of online applications- 05 September 2021 (upto 11:50 pm)
ii. Last date for payment of fee online and Correction in the particulars(online only)- 06 September 2021 (upto 11:50 pm)

The candidates are advised to undertake the correction(s) very carefully at the time when NTA opens the correction window, as no further chance of correction will be provided to the candidates.

Answer Key & Result VLDD/ VLDA Entrance Test 20.12.2020

VLDDET-2020 Answer Key held on 20.12.2020

Entrance Test for admission to VLDD course will be held on 20.12.2020 and Answer keys shall be displayed on the website of LUVAS, Hisar by 21.12.2020. 

Submission of grievances/objections-

Candidates can submit their grievances/objections if they want to challenge any answer of the answer key.
Submission of grievances/objections with full justification alongwith documentary proof will be entertained upto 24.12.2020 

Objection Fee-

Objection fees to challenge the answer key will be Rs. 200/- per question.
