CMAT-2021 Exam Date, Registration, Eligibility, Syllabus & Paper Pattern

Candidates can apply for CMAT-2021 through “Online” mode only. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted. 

Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Multiple Application Forms submitted by a candidate will not be accepted at any cost.

What is CMAT?

The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination for admission to management programmes in the country. This Test facilitates AICTE affiliated/ Participating Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to the Management Courses in such Institutions. 
The National Testing Agency (NTA) announces conduct of CMAT-2021 as per the following details: 

Registration Schedule for CMAT-2021-

1. Online registration and submission of online Application Form- 23 December 2020 to 22 January 2021 
2. Last date for submission of Examination fee (through SBI/ HDFC Credit Card/ Debit Card/Net Banking & Paytm Payment Modes upto 11:50 pm)- 23-Jan-21 
3. Correction in the Particulars of Application Form online only- 25-30 January, 2021 

CMAT-2021 Exam Dates-

Date of Examination for CMAT-2021:-  22 / 27 February 2021 
Duration of Examination- 180 minutes (3.00 hours) 
Timing of Examination- 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM 
Mode of Examination- Computer Based Test (CBT) mode 
Medium of Question Paper- English 

Syllabus for CMAT-2021

The syllabus for the exam will be as prescribed by AICTE Fee payable for CMAT – 2021: 
General (UR) Male- ₹ 2000/- 
General (UR) Female- ₹ 1000/- 
Gen-EWS/ SC/ST/PwD /OBC-(NCL) Male- ₹ 1000/- 
Gen-EWS/ SC/ST/PwD /OBC-(NCL) Female- ₹ 1000/- 
Transgender ₹ 1000/- 

Note-

For the Academic Year (2021), Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow will also use the score sheet of CMAT-2021 for admission to MBA (Master of Business Administration) Course in its affiliated Colleges across the State of Uttar Pradesh.

Postponement of CMAT-2021 Examination and Extension of Registration

CMAT-2021 Entrance Examination has been postponed, as AICTE has now proposed change in the examination pattern having an additional(optional) section for the Entrance Examination to be held in 2021 for candidates interested in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The details of new section added is as follows-

Revised Exam Date-

The new date for CMAT-2021 Examination will be intimated soon on the website of NTA. It is likely to be in the last week of March-2021 or early April-2021. Those candidates who had not applied earlier may register now for the above examination.

Revised Schedule for registration:

Online registration and submission of Application Form including uploading of photograph and signature) (upto 05.00 p.m. of 1st March, 2021) 12 February, 2021-1st March, 2021
Last date of successful final transaction of fee (through SBI/HDFC Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Paytm upto 11.50 p.m.) 2nd March, 2021

Note-

Candidates who had applied earlier can opt for this course by editing their Application Form during the correction window which will be made available after the closure of this fresh registration.

Answer Key CMAT-

The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT)-2021 was conducted throughout the country on March 31, 2021 through the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. 

The National Testing Agency has uploaded the Provisional Answer Keys along with the Question Papers with Recorded Responses on the CMAT https://cmat.nta.nic.in for candidates to challenge. The procedure (as enclosed for the challenge of Answer Key may be used.) 

The candidates, who are not satisfied with the answer key, may challenge the same by paying a fee of ₹ 1000/- per question challenged as a non-refundable processing fee. 

This facility is available from April 3, 2021 to April 5, 2021 (upto 05:00 PM). The payment of the processing fee may be made through, Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/Paytm upto April 5, 2021 (upto 11:50 PM). 

No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee.
