Interview for the post of Conductor 

HSSC has notified that on the basis of Written Examination and Scrutiny of Document for the post of Conductor of Transport Department ,Haryana Against Advt. No. 04/2017, Cat No. 02, the candidates equal to twice the number of vacancies, bearing following Roll Nos. have been called for interview/viva-voce provisionally and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per respective advertisement and service rules. The marks secured by the last short listed candidate have been given in bracket

The interview of the above candidates will be held from 20.11.2018 to 22.11.2018 as per schedule to be notified shortly on Commission's Website i.e. www.hssc.gov.in. 
The candidates are advised to download the Admit Card for interview from the website of the Commission on/after 17.11.2018 and report at 09.00 A.M as per schedule. in the Commission office Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula. 
They are also directed to bring all original documents, set of attested copies of all documents.

Result & Scrutiny for the post of PGT English 

HSSC has notified that in continuation of earlier notice dated 19.01.2017 and on the basis of Written Examination held on 27.03.2016 for the Post of PGT English (Rest of Haryana) for Secondary Education Department, Haryana Against Advt. No. 4/2015, Cat No. 05, Commission has decided to call the candidates for scrutiny of documents who were earlier ineligible due to not having HTET or any other reason or were absent in scrutiny of documents earlier held from 04.02.2017 to 09.02.2017. The candidates bearing following Roll Nos. have been called for Scrutiny of Documents provisionally to ascertain eligible candidates and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per advertisement and service rules. Those candidates who have already been found eligible have not been called for scrutiny of documents again

Scrutiny of Documents Schedule-

The Scrutiny of Documents of the above candidates will be held from 13.11.2018 to 15.11.2018 as per schedule to be notified shortly on Commission's Website i.e. www.hssc.gov.in. 

The candidates are advised to report at 09.00 A.M. in Commission's office Bays No.67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula. 

They are also directed to bring all original documents, set of self attested copies of all documents , one Id Proof and copy of downloaded application form.

Note-
1. In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of Documents, he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter. 

2. The result of SBC/BC(C) category has been withheld as per letter no. 42/187/2015-5GSI Dated:25.08.2016 issued by chief secretary, Government of Haryana in view of directions of the Hon'ble High Court that no appointments in service shall be made on the basis of the provision of the Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in services and admissions in educational insitutions) Act 2016 to the castes mentioned in schedule-III i.e. Backward Class Block 'C'.The SBC/BC(C) Category candidates,except those who have availed the benefit of age relaxation,have been considered against general vacancies. 

3. It is important to note that after the scrutiny of documents, if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies shall be called for interview.

a) Applications should be submitted online through MHA’s website (www.mha.gov.in) or NCS portal (www.ncs.gov.in) only. Applications will NOT be accepted through any other mode. 
b) The application portal will be operational from 20.10.2018 to 10.11.2018 till 2359 hours. Registration done, prior to 20.10.2018 and after 10.11.2018, will not be accepted.

EXAMINATION FEE: 

₹ 50/- (Rupees Fifty Only). Only male candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to pay the fee. All SC/ST, Ex-servicemen* & female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee. 
* Ex-servicemen who have already secured employment in civil side under Central Govt in Group ‘C’ posts on regular basis after availing benefits of reservation given to them are required to pay the fee.
