HSSC has notified that on the basis of Written Examination held on 15.05.2016 and Scrutiny of Documents on 02.05.2017, 03.05.2017, 02.05.2018, 03.05.2018, 04.05.2018, 27.07.2018, 03.08.2018 and 16.08.2018 for the post of Auction Recorder of Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board (HSAMB), against Advt. No. 07/2015, Category No. 19, the candidates equal to twice the number of vacancies, bearing following Roll Numbers have been called for interview/viva-voce provisionally and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per advertisement and service rules. The result of SBC/BC(C) category (27 Posts) has been withheld as per letter no. 42/187/2015-5GSI Dated:25.08.2016 issued by chief secretary, Government of Haryana in view of directions of the Hon'ble High Court that no appointments in service shall be made on the basis of the provision of the Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in services and admissions in educational insitutions) Act 2016 to the castes mentioned in schedule-III i.e. Backward Class Block 'C'. The SBC/BC(C) Category candidates,except those who have availed the benefit of age relaxation,have been considered against general vacancies. 

In case a candidate does not appear for Viva-Voce/interview, he/she will be given no further opportunity thereafter.

No. 07/2016, Cat No. 17, the candidates bearing following Roll Nos. have been called for Scrutiny of Documents provisionally to ascertain eligible candidates and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per advertisement and service rules.

Scrutiny of Documents Schedule-

DMER has notified that it is for the information of all the eligible candidates desirous of seeking admissions to MBBS/ BDS Courses in Medical/ Dental Institutes located in the State of Haryana and all the concerned that the in view of the orders of the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in CWP No. 15731 of 2018 dated 07.08.2018, the first round of counseling held on 03/04.07.2018 conducted by the State Government stands cancelled. The State Government will be conducting FRESH round of Combined Centralized Counseling for Admission to UG (MBBS/ BDS) Courses in Government/ Government Aided/ Private Unaided Medical/ 

Dental Institutes including those under SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram (Private University) on the basis of merit of NEET-UG 2018 for the Academic Session 2018-19.

Note:- 

1. The admissions shall be subject to outcome of the SLP No. 21893 of 2018 titled as “Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana V/s Nisha Minor through her father” pending in the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 

2. As per orders of Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in CWP No. 15731 of 2018, the reservation for admission under BC-A and BC-B category will be provided to candidates with GROSS ANNUAL INCOME upto 6 lakhs with NO further sub classification i.e. upto 3 lakhs and 3 to 6 lakhs. 

3. The candidates will have to deposit the fee in the shape of demand draft/RTGS/Credit card payable to Registrar, Pt. B.D Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak at the time of counseling itself (on the spot). 

4. Final number of seats under each category and in each institute shall be displayed on the website of Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak www.uhsr.ac.in and also admission web portal www.uhsugadmissions.in The candidates should regularly visit these websites for updates. 

5. Reservation and relaxation in age etc. shall be provided to the candidates of different reserved categories as per State Reservation Policy. 

6. The personal appearance of the candidates along with all original documents in front of the Admission Committee at Pt. B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences Rohtak is mandatory. 

7. Any candidate who fails to deposit original documents and the fee at the time of counseling will not be considered and his/her claim to admission will be forfeited and the seat shall be offered to the next candidate in the order of merit. 

8. Any orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court/Punjab and Haryana High Court/Amendments by the State Government/Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare/MCI/DCI shall be applicable. 

9. Admission shall be made to only those institutes which are recognized and approved for admission from MCI/DCI and who have obtained consent of affiliation from the concerned University in accordance with the last date as prescribed by Government of India/Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India/State Government. The institutes that are unable to get affiliation and such approval from MCI/DCI/State Government/University shall not be considered for counseling. 

10. The candidates who will register on the admission webportal from 23.08.2018 to 25.08.2018 for the mop up round will be considered only after exhausting the merit list of candidates who have earlier registered on the admission webportal. 

11. ANY ADMISSIONS MADE BY ANY PRIVATE MEDICAL/DENTAL EDUCATIONAL & RESEARCH INSTITUTES INCLUDING THOSE UNDER PRIVATE UNIVERSITY IN THE STATE AT ITS OWN LEVEL SHALL NOT BE VALID AND SUCH ADMISSIONS SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS NULL AND VOID.

Decision of High Court on Gross Income 

Salary income and agriculture income will be excluded from gross income. Central Govt. OBC Norms regarding income will be applicable.

Another CWP in High Court-

Some parents has filled a new Civil Writ Petition in Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking directions regarding gross income. 

According to Haryana Govt. notification gross income for BC reservation should be 1 to 3 lac or 3 to 6 lac. But it is not clear which income will include in the gross income. Salary/ Agriculture income is included or excluded. Parents are confused because according to centre Govt. norms salary/ agriculture income is excluded from the gross income, but the state govt. act 2016 is silent on this point. 

The first date of hearing in this CWP was 25.08.2018 and now it will be heard on 27.08.2018.

Counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS in Haryana is on hold in view of the SLP No 21893 of 2018 filed in the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The next date of hearing in the Supreme Court is fixed for 28.08.2018. The counselling process will be started after the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court.

1st counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS was held in the month of July, 2018, which was challenged in Punjab and Haryana High Court by some BC candidates. The Punjab and Haryana High Court cancelled the 1st counselling and ordered to conduct 1st counselling again without categories the BC candidates on income basis. 

Now Government of Haryana has approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide SLP No. 21893 of 2018. 

First Date of hearing was 24.08.2018. Now it is fixed for 29.08.2018. 

If the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court came in favour of Haryana Government only 2nd and Mop-up round of counselling will be conducted. It the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court came in favour of BC candidates counsellings will be held again.

Syllabus for Group D Post Recruitment Test-

The scheme of marks in respect of selection to group D posts in the service shall comprise of total 100 marks, as details below-

i. Written Exam- 90 Marks 

ii. Socio- Economic criteria and experience- 10 Marks 

The written examination shall be divided into two portion, comprising-

(i) 75% weightage for General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, English, Hindi as applcable.

(ii) 25%  weightage for History, Current Affair, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana. 

The Marks for experience and Socio- Economic criteria are to be allocated as follows- 

a. If no person from among the applicant's father, mother, spouse, brothers and sons is/ was or has been regular employee in any Department/ Board/ Corporation/ Company / Statutory Body/ Commission/ Authority of Govt. of Haryana or any other State Govt. or Govt of India.              (5 Marks)

b. Orphan/ Widow 

(i) If the applicant is widow, or 

(ii) If the applicant is the first or the second child and his father has died before attaining the age of 42 years; or

(iii) If the applicant is the first or the second child and his father has died before the applicant has attained the age of 15 years.            (5 Marks)

c. If the applicant belongs to such a denotified tribe (Vimukti jatis and Tapriwas Jatis) or Nomadic tribe of Haryana which is neither SC nor a BC.    (5 Marks)

D. Experience 

One-half (=0.5) mark for each year or part thereof exceeding 6 months of experience, out of a maximum of 16 years, on the same of higher post in any Department/ Board/ Corporation/ Company / Statutory Body/ Commission/ Authority of Govt. of Haryana. No marks will be awarded for any period of less than six months.                               (Maximum 8 Marks)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

Candidates, intending to apply for CRP-PO/MT-VIII should ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS in this advertisement:

Age (As on 01.08.2018): 

Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 30 years i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1988 and not later than 01.08.1998 (both dates inclusive) 

Educational Qualifications (As on 04.09.2018): 

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.

HSSC has notified that in compliance of Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court orders dated 27.07.2018 passed in CWP No, 11761 of 2017 and other connected cases, the Commission has segregated the candidates year-wise as per information/ Performa filled/received from the candidates on 01.11.2017, 04.11.2017 & 05.11.2017 and has decided to call the remaining candidates before the Commission on 11.09.2018, for the purpose physical verification of the candidates who took the selection process for the examination of HTET in the year 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2013 conducted by the Board of School Education, Bhiwani for the post of PRT against advt.
