NEET UG 2022 Counselling Schedule for 15% AIQ

NEET UG 2022 Counselling Schedule & Information Bulletin for 15% All India Quota and 100% Central Universities Quota 

NEET UG 2022 Counselling for admission to MBBS/BDS/B.Sc. Nursing courses in the following institutes/colleges will be  conducted by Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) on the basis of NEET UG Merit 2022 in the month of September/October, 2022. 

 UG Counselling: 

15% All India Quota seats MBBS/ BDS Seats of States (participation of the Union Territory of J&K is subject to their contribution of seats),
100%MBBS/ BDS Seats of BHU,
100% MBBS Seats of AIIMS across India,
100% JIPMER seats (Puducherry/ Karaikal),
100% AMU
85% of State Quota seats of DU/ I.P University (VMMC/ ABVIMS/ESIC Dental),
100% -Faculty of Dentistry (Jamia Milia Islamia) along with 5% internal Quota of Jamia students
15% IP quota seats of ESIC.

Important Information-

1. As per the ‘Modified Scheme’ approved by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, vide order dated 07.06.2012 passed in I.A. No. 35 / 2012 in Writ Petition (Civil) No(s). 443 of 1992 filed by Sharwan Kumar V/s DGHS &Ors., Medical Counseling Committee of DGHS in Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, New Delhi is conducting Online Counseling for allotment of Under Graduate (MBBS/BDS) seats to the eligible and qualified candidates under 15% All India Quota in participating Government Medical/Dental Colleges of the country every year. The allotment of seat to the candidates is made based on the NEET-UG Examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).

2. In addition, as per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 09.05.2017 passed in W.P. (C) No. 267/2017- Dar-Us-Slam Educational Trust and Ors. V/s Medical Council of India and Ors. , Medical Counseling Committee of Directorate General of Health Services is also conducting Online Counseling for allotment of Under Graduate (MBBS/BDS) seats to the eligible and qualified candidates in participating Deemed Universities of the country on the basis of NEET (UG) examination conducted by NTA.

3. Vide MCI Gazette Notification dated 27th June, 2017, the Designated Authority for counseling for the 15% All India Quota seats of the contributing States and all MBBS seats of Medical Educational Institutions of the Central Government, Universities established by an Act of Parliament and the Deemed Universities shall be the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.

4. The scheme of Counselling was modified by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of
India vide order dated 16.12.2021 in “SLA (C) No. 10487 of 2021 in the matter of Nihila P.P. v/s MCC & Ors. wherein it was approved by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to conduct online 4 rounds of AIQ Counselling i.e. AIQ Round 1, AIQ Round 2, AIQ Mop-up Round, AIQ Stray Vacancy Round. Therefore, no seats will be reverted back to the participating States after completion of Round 2.

5. Vide Order dated 22.08.2017 the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in W.P. (C) No. 689 of 2017 in the matter of Consortium of Deemed Universities in Karnataka & Anr. v/s Union of India &Ors. had issued directions stating that, 15% seats have to be allotted to the NRI Candidates in respect of UG seats (Medical/Dental) in Deemed Universities. 

6. The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India vide Order dated 09/05/2017 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.267 of 2017 –Dar-Us-Slam Educational Trust & Ors Vs MCI &Ors. Directorate General of health Services, Ministry of Health & Family
Welfare had directed as follows:

“After the second round of counselling for All India Quota seats, the students who take admission in All India Quota seats should not be allowed/permitted to vacate the seats. This would ensure that very few seats are reverted to the State Quota and also All India Quota seats are filed by students from the all India merit list only. The students who take admission and secure admission in Deemed Universities pursuant to the second round of counselling conducted by the DGHS shall not be eligible to participate in any other counselling.

Application Processing Fee

Application Processing Fee (Non- refundable) for single diploma course (VLDD/DVLT): 
Rs. 2000*/- For GC/In-service/GNCT Delhi/FF/ESM/PwD/SSB/J&K Resident/ Kashmiri Migrant/EWS/Village Riwasa (District Mahendergarh) and Management quota seats of the Affiliated Private Institutes/Colleges. 
Rs. 500*/- For SC/Deprived SC/BCA/BCB categories of Haryana State. 

*In addition, the candidates shall have to bear the actual bank charges

ELIGIBILITY  

Minimum educational qualifications for admission to VLDD Course: 

The candidates under all categories must have passed 10+2 examination with Biology/Biotechnolgy in Science stream as per directions of State Govt. issued vide letter No. 2800-P.PA.-5- 2021/3135 dated 19.05.2021 and the candidates under all categories must have passed matriculation/10th standard examination and obtained a minimum of 60% marks (except for SC/DSC category) from a recognized/approved board of school education having equivalence by Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE), New Delhi /CBSE/ICSE and also by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani. 

As per Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana letter no. 22/129/2013- 1GSIII Dated 16.07.2014, the SC/DSC category candidates will be allowed a relaxation upto 5% of the requirement for General Category i.e. the SC/DSC candidates securing a minimum of 57% marks in 10th standard examination will be eligible to apply for admission. For management quota seats, the Haryana domiciled SC/DSC, candidates will get the same relaxation in eligibility marks as the candidates applying under state quota seats.

Entrance Test (VLDDET-2022) For VLDD

1 All the VLDD applicants including in-service candidates (except employees of SSB) shall have to appear in VLDDET-2022, date to be notified on university website later on. SSB Candidates can apply online or offline and report for document checking at the time of admission/counselling and pay “Application Processing fees and other charges” in total there and then. All the in-service applicants including those from SSB have to submit photocopy of the filled in online application form alongwith the required documents through proper channel to the Director, IPVS, LUVAS, Hisar latest by 7 days perior to 1st counselling otherwise their candidature will not be considered for admission. 

2 Applicants who have appeared in 10+2 or equivalent examination (even if result is yet to be declared) may also appear in VLDDET-2022, however, such candidates will be considered for admission on merit basis of VLDDET-2022 provided they fulfill the eligibility conditions as given under Rule 1 of this Chapter and on production of all the original documents (coloured Photostat of documents will not be accepted) at the time of counselling/document checking.

VLDDET-2022 Pattern and Syllabus:

Details of the subjects of the Diploma Entrance Test (VLDDET2022) are as under:

General Instructions for the Entrance Test:

i) Total duration of the Diploma Entrance Test (VLDDET-2022) will be 2 hrs and 15 minutes (initial 30 minutes are for completing pre-examination formalities and remaining 1hour 45 minutes for solving the question paper). The timings of the entrance test and reporting time will be notified on university website later on. 
ii) Medium of question paper for VLDDET-2022 will be English and Hindi both. 
iii) There will be no negative marking.

Syllabus-

The syllabus for VLDD Entrance Test- 2022 will be of Matric standard of Board of School Education, Haryana/CBSE, New Delhi.

Admit Card-

Admit Card is to be downloaded by the candidate from the university website. After downloading the admit card, the candidate should affix a similar 4”X6” coloured photograph (photo as uploaded on the application form, See Annexure-XVII), taken on or after 01.05.2022, in the space provided on the admit card. The admit card will be retained by the University at the Test Centre.

Prospectus shall be available on university website i.e. www.hau.ac.in. Candidates seeking admission to the University in any degree programme of any college may submit online application at the University website against payment of Rs. 1500/- (375/- for SC/Deprived SC/BC/EWS/PwD). per admission form.

Candidate seeking admission to Undergraduate and Postgraduate programme should submit separate form for each college.

The candidate should fill all the required detail while filling up the online application form. On submission of detail and required fee a confirmation page with application number shall be generated. Entrance Test:-

Under Graduate and Postgraduate Programmes 
(i) Candidates seeking admissions to all UG and PG programmes (except B.Tech. (Agril Engg.) and MBA) will have to appear in Entrance Test (ET) for B.Sc.(Hons.) Ag. 4 year, B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science 4 year Programme and B.F.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons.) Agribusiness Management, Agriculture Aptitude Test (AAT) for B.Sc.(Hons.) 6 year Programme and Common Entrance Test for M.Sc. & Ph.D. Programme conducted by Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar as per dates given in Annexure -II. Detail of syllabus is available on University website. 

(ii) For admission to MBA (Gen.)/MBA (Agri. Business)/Master in Rural Management, the seats will be filled up firstly through CAT percentile score of 50 or above, after that the seats will be filled up through CMAT percentile score of 50 or above. Rest of the seats will be filled up with less than 50 percentile score on combined merit of CAT/CMAT. In case of tie of scores, CAT score will be given preference. Thereafter, on the remaining vacant seats, if any, on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. 

(iii) Admission to B.Tech. (Agril.Engg): To follow test/policy of Haryana State.
