H.C.S (Judicial) Examination for Recruitment to Sub Judge. Apply online for 107 posts

H.C.S (Judicial) Examination 2016-17 for RECRUITMENT TO SUBORDINATE JUDICIAL SERVICES

HPSC has notified that in continuation of Advertisement No. 6 of 2016 published on 20.03.2017 in various newspapers, the Haryana public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for the posts of civil Judge (Junior Division) in the cadre of Haryana civil Service (Judicial Branch). 

Now the revised category wise break-up of posts is as under-

Genera/ UR- 75
SC- 14
BC A- 12
BC B- 06
Total- 107

Those candidates who had applied earlier against Advt. No. 06 of 2016 published on 20.03.2018 need not to apply again. The terms and conditions regarding eligibility for these candidates shall remain same as detailed in advertisement published on 20.03.2017. Reservation policy as prevalent on the date of issuance of corrigendum shall apply.

Key Dates-

The facility of filling online application form will be available on the website w.e.f. 01.09.2018.
The fresh candidates who wish to apply against the above posts can apply through online mode upto 30.09.2018 05:00 P.M. i.e. closing date. 
Any candidate, who needs to apply afresh as a result of change in the reservation policy, may also apply in the same manner. 
Time of the depositing fees through Net Banking, Debit Card and Credit Card 
upto 24:00 hours midnight oi closing date i.e. 30.09.2018. 
Eligibility with regards to qualifications, age and other conditions of eligibility etc. will be determined as on last date of submission of online application forms i.e. 30.09.2018 closing date.

Age:

Candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 42 years as on 
30.09.2018.

Essential Qualifications: 

No person shall be eligible to be appointed a Civil Judge (Junior Division) unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India on or before closing date i.e. 30.09.2018.
The expression “Degree of Bachelor of Laws” means a degree entitling a candidate to be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocate Act, 1961, and the rules made there under.
The candidates should hold the degree of Bachelor of Law on or before the closing date for submission of online application form i.e. 30.09.2018.

Multiple Online Application 


HPSC has notified that some candidates have submitted multiple online application forms. This list of such candidates has been displayed on the official website of the Commission. The list displayed contains the registration number of last application form of such candidates. It has been decided that roll numbers against only one application will be issued. In this case the roll numbers will be issued based on the last application form submitted by such candidates unless the last application has patent defect. 

If any of these candidates has any objection to his/her registration number being considered for the examination he/she can re-present to the commission upto 05.00 PM on 04.12.2018.

Date of Exam-

Preliminary Examination for the posts of HCS (Judicial Branch) shall tentatively be conducted on 22.12.2018 (Saturday) from 11:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M at Chandigarh and Panchkula. The detailed announcement regarding downloading of admits card etc. will be issued soon.
