Promotion List JBT to TGT Haryana Education Department
DSE Haryana has notified that the following JBT Teachers who possess the requisite qualification of TGT English, Science, Home Science, Urdu and Music hereby provisionally promoted against the post of TGT English, Science, Home Science, Urdu and Music in HES-III (School Cadre) w.e.f. 17.07.2018 in the pay matrix FPL-7 (44900-142400) as sanctioned by the Haryana Government from time to time in officiating capacity with condition that allotment of stations and seniority shall be finalized after promotion of all eligible candidates in all subjects.
The promptions are subject-to the following terms and conditions:-
1. That these promptions are subject to final outcome of Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP No. 35373 of 2013, 35471 of 2013, 35466 of 2013, 35811 of 2013, 35857 of 2013 and Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court in LPA No. 1555 of 2012 and Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court in CWP No. 15656 of 2010 titled as Sanjeev Kumar & others vs. State of Haryana & others for candidates appointed as PTI in the year 2010.
2. That these promotions are subject to final outcome of Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court in LPA No. 98 of 2014 titled as Geeta Rani vs. Satbir Singh & Others and LPA Nos. 104, 105, 106, 133, 140, 339, 682, 838/2014 and. LPA No. 1024 of 2015 for candidates appointed as JBT in the year 2000.
3. That these promotions are subject to review/cancellation in case of any discrepancy regarding eligibility detected at any stage.
4. That these promotions orders are without 'prejudice to the right of the seniors, if any, whose promotion cases may be decided at a later stage.
5. That these *promotions are subject to the condition that no adverse remarks regarding integrity are found in their ACRs;
6. That seniority in the TGT/ Master cadre will be determined as per instructions/ Rules issued from time to time by the Oovt. / Department.
7. That the teachers should fulfill the conditions of educational qualifications/ experience/ subject combination as per the service rules. In case it transpires at any stage that they are ineligible for this promotion, they will be reverted to their original post without any notice.
