HSSC notice to give choice of Departments for the post of Clerk 10/2015 Cat. 01

Notice to the candidates for the post of Clerk of various Departments/Boards & Corporations against Advt. No. 10/2015 Cat. No. 01 to give Option of Department etc.

HSSC has notified to the candidates for the Post of Clerk against Advt. No. 10/2015 Cat. No. 01 of various Departments/Boards & Corporations, whose Scrutiny of Document cum Interview was held from 13.10.2017 to 18.10.2017, 21.10.2017 to 29.10.2017, 23.01.2018, 24.01.2018 and from 07.03.2018 to 09.03.2018. 
For allocation of Departments/Boards & Corporations as per merit and candidate's choice in transparent manner, the Commission has decided that the candidates who have appeared for scrutiny of document - cum - interview for the post of Clerk against advt. No.10/2015 Cat No.01 shall give option from amongst the list of 103 Departments/Boards & Corporations and mark their priority. A candidate should fill all the 103 Departments/Boards & Corporations as per his/her priority which shall be considered as per his merit/priority of option given. 
The candidates are advised to visit website of Commission i.e. www.hssc.gov.in to give option of the Departments/Boards & Corporations.

The Commission will not entertain any manual representation/application as ailllocation of Departments/Boards & Corporations shall be made through computerized Process keeping in view merit of candidates, priority fixed by him and requisition of the concerned Department/Board & Corporation.

In case a candidate(s) does not give the option or give limited option then in case of selection he/she will be allotted to the Departments / Boards / Corporations according to his merit in alphabetical order of Departments/Boards or Corporation by the computer and no request for change of Departments/ Boards or Corporations shall be entertained.

HSSC MPHW (Female) Final Result & Cut Off Advt.1/2015, Cat 09

Final Result for the post of MPHW (FEMALE) For Health Services and ESI Health Care, Haryana Against Advt. No. 1/2015, Cat No. 09

HSSC has notified that on the basis of Written Examination, Scrutiny of Documents and interview/Viva-Voce for the post of MPHW (Female) of Health Services, Haryana, Against Advt. No. 01/2015, Category No. 09 the Commission has finalised the result. The result has been shown roll no wise and category wise and the marks secured by the last selected candidate in each category have been shown in the bracket.

Note-
The result of the Roll No. 22102029, 22104691, 22105509, 22111991, 22113561,22114259 and 22114694 have been kept in sealed cover in Compliance of direction of Hob'ble High Court in CWP No. 4762/2018, 5128/2018, 5091/2018, 5257/2018, 5091/2018, 5191/2018 and 4827/2018 and the above result is subject to the final outcome of these writ petitions and any other writ petitions pending in the Hon'ble Court. 

The result of SBC/BC(C) category (32 Posts) has been withheld as per letter no. 42/187/2015-5GSI Dated:25.08.2016 issued by chief secretary, Government of Haryana in view of directions of the Hon'ble High Court that no appointments in service shall be made on the basis of the provision of the Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in services and admissions in educational insitutions) Act 2016 to the castes mentioned in schedule-III i.e. Backward Class Block 'C'. The SBC/BC(C) Category candidates,except those who have availed the benefit of age relaxation,have been considered against general vacancies. 

The result of EBPG category (32 Posts- 1 OH Post = 31 Posts) has been with held in view of the instruction No. 22/10/2013-IGSIII dated 21th Februrary, 2018 issued by the Chief Secretary to Govt, Haryana.The EBPG Category candidates, except those who have availed the benefit of age relaxation,have been considered against general vacancies.

HSSC Result & Scrutiny Of Documents Field Inspector (Store), HAFED

Scrutiny Of Documents before Interview for the post of Field Inspector (Store), HAFED, Haryana Against Advt. No. 06/2016, Category No. 56 

HSSC has notified that on the basis of Written Examination(Online Computer based test) held on 30.06.2017 for the post of Field Inspector (Store), HAFED, Haryana against Advt. No. 06/2016, Category No.56, The following Roll Numbers(in addition to those already shown in the result for scrutiny of Documents dated 29.09.2017 and 23.11.2017) , are also called for Scrutiny of Documents on 12.03.2018 to asertain the eligible candidates.

Scrutiny of Documents-

The Scrutiny of Documents of the above candidates will be held on 12.03.2018 in Commission office Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula. 
They are also directed to bring all original documents, set of self attested copies of all documents, one Id Proof and self attested copy of downloaded application form. 

Note-

It is important to note that after the Scrutiny of Documents if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies shall be called for interview.In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of documents he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/Interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.

Note-

Age Limit: 

20-25 years as on 01.08.2018 (i.e. candidates born not before 02.08.1993 and not later than 01.08.1998 are eligible) subject to permissible relaxations.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AS ON 01.08.2018

Educational Qualification for all posts is Bachelor‟s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
Note-I: 
For the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police only: Male candidates must possess a valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Measurement Tests. However, the candidates who do not have a Valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) are eligible for all other posts in CAPFs. 
NOTE-II: 
As per Ministry of Human Resource Development Notification dated 10.6.2015 published in Gazette of India all the degree/ diploma/ certificates including technical education degree/ diploma awarded through Open and Distance Learning mode of education by the Universities established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature, Institutions Deemed to be Universities under Section 3 of the University Grant Commission Act 1956 and Institutions of National Importance declared under an Act of Parliament stand automatically recognized for the purpose of employment to posts and services under the Central Government provided they have been approved by the Distance Education Bureau, University Grant Commission. 
Note-III: 
Candidates who have not acquired the educational qualification as on 01-08-2018 will not be eligible and need not apply. 
Note-IV: 
All candidates who are declared qualified by the Commission will be required to produce all relevant Certificates such as Mark sheets for all the three years of Graduation/ Provisional Certificate/ Certificate of Graduation as proof of having acquired the minimum educational qualification on or before 01-08-2018 failing which the candidature of such candidate will be cancelled by the Commission. The candidates who are able to prove by documentary evidence that the result of the educational qualifying examination was declared on or before the cut-off date and he/she has been declared passed will also be considered to have the required educational qualification.

Application Fee: 

Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only). 
Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Ex Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fee. 
Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Fee can be paid through SBI Challan/ SBI Net Banking or by using Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro Credit/ Debit cards.
