MBBS/ BDS 85% Quota Counselling Schedule 2021 Himachal Pradesh

The Atal Medical and Research University, HP will be conducting the counselling on behalf of the Government of Himachal Pradesh (Department of Medical Education & Research) through Centralized Counselling Committee constituted by the Government of Himachal Pradesh for filling-up of State and Management/NRI Quota seats in Government Medical/Dental Colleges including private un-aided Medical/Dental Colleges of the State of Himachal Pradesh on the basis of qualified candidates of NEET-UG-2021 conducted by the National Testing Agency. 
The said qualified candidates are required to apply online only by using the website of the University within stipulated period. The rules & regulations as contained in the prospectus have been framed/approved by the Government of Himachal Pradesh keeping in view of the guidelines of Medical Council of India and Dental Council of India for admission to MBBS/BDS courses. 
This centralized Online counseling shall be conducted for 85% State Quota Seats which includes the reserved seats of Children of J& K Migrants, Children of Tibetan Refugees, NRI and Economically Weaker Sections(EWS) in Government Medical/Dental Colleges and the seats in respect of Private Un-aided Medical/ Dental Colleges, the aforesaid seats (100%) shall also be filled up as per distribution of seats given in the prospectus through this counselling.
Entire application and counseling process shall be in online mode

How to Appy-

The desirous candidates including NRI who are qualified in NEET-UG-2021 and fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria and other conditions of the prospectus may apply online mode only by using University website www.amruhp.ac.in for seeking admission to MBBS/BDS courses in different Medical/Dental Colleges situated in the State of Himachal Pradesh. 

The print out of the computer generated confirmation copy of the online application form duly complete in all respects along with self-attested photocopies of documents/certificates is required to be submitted in person by the candidates on the day of reporting the provisional allocated college. The original documents/ certificates shall also require to be produced by the candidates at the time of reporting the provisional allocated college for verification of documents in order to determine the prescribed eligibility criteria for admission as per provisions of the prospectus.

Essential Educational Qualifications:

M.Sc. or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/ BS-4 years/ BE/ B. Tech/ B. Pharma/MBBS with at least 55% (without rounding off) marks for General (UR)/General-EWS and OBC candidates and 50% (without rounding off) for SC/ST, Third gender and Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates.

Candidates enrolled for M.Sc or having completed 10+2+3 years of the above qualifying examination as on the closing date of online submission of Application Form, are also eligible to apply in the above subject under the Result Awaited (RA) category on the condition that they complete the qualifying degree with requisite percentage of marks within the validity period of two years to avail the fellowship.

Such candidates will have to submit the attestation form duly certified by the Head of the Department/Institute from where the candidate is appearing or has appeared.

B.Sc (Hons) or equivalent degree holders or students enrolled in Integrated MS-PhD program with at least 55% marks for General (UR)/General-EWS and OBC candidates; 50% marks for SC/ST, Third gender, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates are also eligible to apply. Candidates with Bachelor’s degree will be eligible for CSIR fellowship only after getting registered/enrolled for Ph.D/Integrated Ph.D program within the validity period of two years. Candidates possessing only Bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply only for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and not for Lectureship (LS)/Assistant Professor.

B.E/ B.S/ B.Tech/ B.Pharma/ MBBS final year/result awaited candidates are eligible to apply for fellowship only. These candidates will not be eligible for
Lectureship/Assistant professor.
B.Sc. (Hons.) final year/Result awaited candidates are not eligible to apply.

Specification of degrees (whether Bachelor’s or Master’s) as notified by UGC in its Gazette Notification No. F. 5-1/2013 (CPP-II) dated 5th July, 2014 and as amended from time to time, shall apply.

The eligibility for lectureship/ Assistant Professor of NET qualified candidates will be subject to fulfilling the criteria laid down by UGC. Ph.D degree holders who have passed Master’s degree prior to 19th September, 1991 with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for Lectureship/ Assistant Professor only.
Candidates belonging to the Third gender category are eligible to draw the same relaxation in fee, age and Eligibility Criteria for NET (i.e. JRF and Assistant Professor) as are available to SC/ST categories. The subject-wise qualifying cut-offs for this category would be the lowest among those for SC/ ST/ PwD/ OBC–NCL / General-EWS categories in the corresponding subject.

Upper Age limit:

(a) JRF: Maximum 28 years as on 01/07/2020* {upper age limit may be relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC/ST/Third gender/Persons with Disability (PwD)/female applicants and 03 years in case of OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) applicants}.
* This age limit is applicable for the current examination cycle only.

(b) Lectureship (LS)/ Assistant Professor: No upper age limit.

B.V.Sc. & A.H. ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION FORM 

1. The candidates under all categories must have passed in 10+2 examination and obtained a minimum of 50% marks (except SC category) in aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology subjects from a “recognized*/ approved Board of School Education having equivalence by Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE), New Delhi/CBSE/ICSE and also by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani”. 

As per Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana letter no. 22/129/2013-1GSIII dated 16.07.2014, the SC category candidates will be allowed a relaxation up to 5% of the requirement for General Category i.e. the SC candidates securing a minimum of 47.5% marks in aggregate of the four subjects mentioned above will be eligible to apply for admission. No such relaxation will be applicable for management quota seats of Affiliated Private Colleges, except for Haryana domiciled candidates. 

2 The candidates must have attained or will attain the age of 17 years as on 31st December, 2021. 
Candidates attaining 17 years on 1st January 2022 or later will not be eligible. The upper age limit for candidates of all categories (except SC and BC) is 25 years as on 31st December, 2021. This upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period of 5 years for the candidates of SC and BC categories of Haryana State. No such relaxation in the upper age will be applicable for management quota seats of Affiliated Private Colleges, except for Haryana domiciled candidates

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

(i) Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognized University or Institution;
(ii) Adequate Knowledge of Hindi.
(iii) Registered as Veterinary Practitioner with Haryana Veterinary Council or
with any Veterinary Council in India or Indian Veterinary Council as required by Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984.
Preferential:-
Ph.D. or Master of Veterinary Science in Animal Genetics and Breeding/Veterinary Gynecology/ Animal Physiology or in any branch of Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science.

Notes:-

I. The eligibility of the candidate with regard to educational qualifications and
experience etc. shall be determined with reference to the Closing Date fixed
for submission of online application forms.
II. All applicants must fulfill the essential requirements of the post and other
conditions stipulated in the advertisement on the Closing Date. 
III. The certificates/ documents in support of the claim should be possessed by the candidates on or before the Closing Date. The certificates issued after the Closing Date will not be accepted by the Commission.
IV. The improvement in marks done by a candidate after the Closing Date shall not be considered for any purpose in this recruitment.
V. In respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is
claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification as per the requirement of advertisement, then the candidate is required to produce
order/letter in this regard, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, otherwise the application is liable to be rejected.
VI. The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.
VII. In the event of number of applications being large, Commission will adopt short listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable number by any or more of the following methods:-
(a) On the basis of percentage of marks of the candidates in the essential/minimum educational qualification prescribed in the advertisement.
(b) On the basis of percentage of marks of the candidates in different educational qualifications, with weightage as decided by the Commission.
(c) On the basis of desirable qualifications or any one or all of the desirable
qualifications if more than one desirable qualification is prescribed
(d) On the basis of higher educational qualifications than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
(e) On the basis of higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
(f) By counting experience before or after the acquisition of minimum/essential qualifications.
(g) By holding a Recruitment Test.
The candidate should, therefore, mention all his/her qualifications and experience in the relevant field over and above the minimum qualifications.

AGE LIMITS:

Candidate should not be less than 22 years and not more than 42 years as on 1st July, 2021.
The relaxation in maximum age for various categories is available as per Govt. norms.

Syllabus for ITI Instructor Exam-

The examination for the said post will comprise of 90 multiple choice question of 90 minutes duration and divided into two portions comprising:- 

a) 75% weightage for General awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, Computer, English, Hindi and Concerned or Relevant Subject, as applicable. 

b) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana. Each question will carry equal marks.
