LUVAS, Hisar Counselling and Registration schedule for admission to B.V.Sc.& A.H. programme at College of Veterinary Sciences, LUVAS, Hisar and IIVER, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak for Academic Session 2020-21

How to Register and Participate in Counselling-

The candidates who have applied for admission to B.V.Sc.&A.H. programme have to login with their application ID and Password at the university website www.luvas.edu.in, https://admission.eluvas.in for filling of NEET (UG) 2020 Score & other details and preferences of college for State Quota Seats (for COVS, LUVAS & IIVER, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak), J&K Residents’ & Kashmiri Migrant seats (for COVS, LUVAS) and Management Quota Seats (for IIVER, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak) as per the counselling schedule. 

(ii) The candidates have to submit/lock their choices separately for State Quota seats (for COVS, LUVAS, Hisar and IIVER, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak) and Management Quota seats for IIVER, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak as per the dates mentioned in the counselling schedule. 
(iii) Only the candidates who will submit/lock their choice(s) shall be eligible for allotment of seats. 
(iv) Once the Choice is locked no further chance will be given for filling of choice(s) or making any change in the already filled choice(s). 
(v) The candidates are advised to visit the university website before reporting for counselling/documents checking/registration. 
(vi) The candidates, who have been allotted seats as per the merit based on the NEET (UG) 2020 Score in the respective category, are to report for document checking and other admission formalities as per the schedule in the Veterinary Auditorium, College of Veterinary Sciences, LUVAS, Hisar, failing which they will have no claim for admission. No separate letter in this connection shall be issued. The candidates shall have to pay fees and other charges there and then, otherwise the seat will be declared vacant. If any candidate after completion of admission formalities does not deposit the required fee, his/her candidature will be cancelled and he/she will not be eligible for subsequent counselling(s). Also if any candidate remains absent at the time of document verification, fee deposition and medical examination, he/she will not be considered in the subsequent counseling(s) even if he / she is higher in merit. Further, if a candidate refuses to accept admission on his/her turn, he shall lose his/her right of admission. He / she will not be considered for admission on the subsequent counselling even if he / she is higher in merit. 
(vii) The candidates are required to bring all the original documents, two recently taken photos and two sets of self-attested photocopies of documents etc. as per rule 3.11 of chapter-III of the Prospectus, at the time of document verification, failing which they shall be refused admission.

The selected candidates are advised to download their provisional seat allotment letter from candidate login and bring one hard copy for reporting.

Reporting Date and Time-

The selected candidates have to report for document checking and other admission formalities on 17.12.2020 at 9:30 am

Payment of fee-

Candidates shall have to pay fees and other charges at the time of Document Verification, otherwise the seat will be declared vacant.

B.V.Sc.&A.H Mop-Up-Round Counselling Schedule 2020

Mop-up counselling for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. programme for the session 2020-21 at COVS, LUVAS, Hisar and IIVER, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak is to be held in the last week of February, 2021 after the conclusion of VCI counselling(s) / admissions for 15% of all India seats. 
All the desirous candidates who have registered for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. programme 2020-21 at COVS, Hisar and IIVER, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak and did not fill up the NEET (UG) - 2020 score and did not upload the Score Card issued by NTA are hereby provided one more chance to do the same in case they wish to be considered for Mop-up Counselling to be held in last week of February, 2021 for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. programme.

Online applications are invited on behalf of Director (Education), GNCT of Delhi for drawing a panel of Guest Teachers for the posts of TGT, PGT. EVGCs and TGT Special Education for Engagement in Delhi Government Schools, on the basis of as and when required, for academic session 2020-21 and onwards. 
Submission of applications other than online mode shall be summarily rejected.
Applicants are strictly instructed not to send any hard copy of the application to this department.
State wise panel will be prepared on the basis of academic merit separately for each category of applicants including SC/ST/OBC/ Disabled persons and other.

Terms and Conditions

Engagement of Guest Teachers is subject to following Terms and Conditions:

1. Guest Teachers shall be engaged purely on daily wages basis, till the posts are filled up on regular basis. Guest teachers shall not be entitled to regular appointment. This is purely a stop gap arrangement, The candidates so engaged shall not claim salary, allowances, leaves, facilities and other benefits accruing to the regular teachers. The candidates so engaged as Guest Teachers shall not file any court case regarding salary and regularization etc.

2. Directorate of Education will maintain a wait list /panel of candidates to meet any requirement in the academic session 2020-21 and onwards. Further, the engagement will be done on the basis of as and when required.

3. Reservations and age relaxations to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and Disabled persons will be given as per Government Rules. The certificate of OBC should be issued by Authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Certificate issued by any State/UT will be considered for SC/ST candidates. The candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped category (Ortho+VH only) must possess "Disability Certificate" issued from a Government Hospital.

SCHEDULE FOR ONLINE COUNSELING (ALLOTMENT PROCESS) FOR NEET AIQ GOVERNMENT/ GOVERNMENT AIDED/ NATIONAL INSTITUTES/ DEEMED/ CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES (BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS) SEATS- 2020-2021

All the NEET Under Graduate (BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS) aspirant candidates are hereby informed that Counseling for All India Quota seats including Government, Government Aided, Deemed Universities, Central Universities and National Institutes for the Under graduate session 2020-21 will be conducted by AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee(AACCC), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

Further, Counseling for all India quota seats of Private Institutes (other than Deemed University) will be conducted by counseling authority of respective State/UT Government for academic session 2020-21.
