B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Arch & B.E./ B.Tech. (Lateral Entry) Admissions 2020 Registration Schedule, Counselling Schedule and Merit List 

Admissions in B.Tech/B.Tech (LEET) courses shall be made by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES), Panchkula.

KEY DATES (B.E./B. Tech)-2020 

(i) Availability of admission brochure from 14.09.2020 onwards.

(ii) Applying Online and pay Application Fee* 21.09.2020 to 30.09.2020 (Online)
(iii) Online verification of marks/ particulars of the candidate by designated Center for Confirmation of merit KM & HGST Category in B.Tech- 16.09.2020 to 06.10.2020 
(iv) Declaration of Inter-se-Merit/ Rank- 08.10.2020 (upto 5:00 PM)
(v) Deposition of Counseling Fee- 09.10.2020 onwards

Online Application Fee (B.E./B. Tech)-2020: 

For General Category: Rs.500/- (Non-refundable) 
For all reserved categories and KM, TFW, EWS & HGST Rs. 200/- (Non-refundable) 

Counseling Fee (B.E./B. Tech)-2020: 

For All Categories Rs.500/- (Non-refundable)

Online 1st Counseling (B.E./B. Tech)-2020 (including all special categories) 

i. Online registration, uploading requisite documents, Filling of choices and locking of choices- 09.10.2020 to 13.10.2020 
ii. Result of seat allotment- 14.10.2020 (After 5:00 PM)iii. Online deposition of admission and tuition fee (as token fee) by the allotted candidate (Also, online deposition of application fee, if already not paid)- 14.10.2020 (After 6:00 PM) to 19.10.2020 (upto 02:00 PM)
iv. Online reporting of the candidates to the allotted institute- 15.10.2020 to 19.10.2020 upto 05:00 PM 
v. Updation of vacancy position by the respective institutes- 20.10.2020 (upto 05:00 PM)
vi. Final cut-off date of all admissions (including institute level)- 15.11.2020

Online 2nd Counseling (B.E./B. Tech)-2020 (including all special categories)

b. Result of seat allotment- 26.10.2020 (After 5:00 PM)

d. Online reporting of the candidates to the allotted institute- 27.10.2020 to 31.10.2020 upto 05:00 PM
