Syllabus-

Syllabus for the recruitment test will be as under:-

i) There will be only one paper comprising of 100 MCQs (Multiple Choice question), carrying one mark each, with total duration of Two hours comprising of questions from General Awareness (Including General Knowledge of Haryana), reasoning ability, Quantitative aptitude & General English).

ii) The question paper will be bi-lingual and there will be no negative marking.

It is hereby announced for the information of the candidates that Haryana Staff Selection Commission has conducted Preliminary Examination of HCS (Ex. Br.) & Other Allied Services - 2017 (Advt. No. 3 / 2018) on 31st march 2019, result of which is expected shortly. 

Now, advanced intimation is hereby given to the candidates that the Mains Examination for the aforesaid posts is likely to be held in the first week of July (tentatively). 

A separate announcement showing the venue, exact dates & time of the papers will be issued by the Commission in due course.

Syllabus and Scheme of the Recruitment/Screening Test for the 10 posts of District / Information Public Relations Officer (Group-B) 

Haryana Public Service Commission will hold Recruitment Test for the 10 posts of District / Information Public Relations Officer (Group-B) in Information and Public Relation Department, Haryana relating to Advt. No. 2 (vii)/2015 dated 10.09.2015 and corrigendum dated 09.04.2018 

Accordingly, the syllabus for the recruitment test will be as under:- 

Syllabus for the recruitment/shortlistins test

There will be only one paper comprising of objective type/multiple choice questions (MCQs) comprising of questions from Journalism, Mass Media, Public Relations : Issues and Concepts, General Awareness, National Current affairs, International Current affairs and Haryana Current Affairs.

Scheme of the Recruitment/Screening Test

There will be only one paper comprising of 100 MCQs (Multi Choice Questions), total marks 100 (one mark for each question) with total duration of two hours from the syllabus mentioned above. 

There will be no negative marking and the question paper will be in English Language.

Recruitment Test Schedule for the posts of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) Advt. 01/2019

HPSC has notified for the general information of the candidates who have applied for the posts of Assistant Professors (college cadre) in the subject of commerce, Hindi, Geography, Math and English against Advt. No. 1 of 2019, published on 08.03.2019 in various newspapers that the commission has decided to conduct Recruitment Test for the aforesaid posts from 21.05.2019 to 23.05.2019 in various educational institutions situated at Chandigarh and panchkula as per schedule given below:-

Test Schedule-

1. Commerce and Hindi- 21.05.2019 from 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM at Chandigarh 

2. Maths and Geography-22.05.2019 from 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM at Panchkula

3. English- 23.05.2019 from 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM at Panchkula

Admit Card-

The Admit Cards and Instruction to Candidates for the aforesaid Test will be available on Commission's website from 11.05.2019 (Afternoon).

The candidates can download their admit card from the commissions website i.e. http://hpsconline.in/ No separate admit card will be sent to the candidates by the commission through post/courier.

Note-

Rectification will only be carried out strictly in accordance with the entries made by the candidates in his/her online application forms. Any type of rectification in the admit cards will not be carried out after 17.05.2019 by the Commission.
