Result and Scrutiny Of Documents before Interview for the post of TGT English (Rest of Haryana) For School Education Department Haryana Against Advt. No. 9/2015, Cat No. 01. 

HSSC has notified that in continution earlier notice dated 01.12.2016,05.12.2016,14.01.2017 for the Post of TGT English (Rest of Haryana) for School Education Department, Haryana Against Advt. No. 9/2015, Cat No. 01, Commission has decided to call the candidates for scrutiny of documents who were earlier ineligible due to not having HTET or any other reason or were absent in scrutiny of documents earlier held on 07.12.2016, 08.12.2016 , 23.01.2017. The candidates bearing following Roll Nos. have been called for Scrutiny of Documents provisionally to ascertain eligible candidates and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per advertisement and service rules. Those candidates who have already been found eligible have not been called for scrutiny of documents again. 

Scrutiny of Documents-

The Scrutiny of Documents of the above candidates will be held on 08.05.2019 and 09.05.2019. The candidates are advised to report at 09.00 A.M. in Commission's office Bays No.67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula.
 They are also directed to bring all original documents, set of self attested copies of all documents , one Id Proof and copy of downloaded application form.
 2. In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of Documents, he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
 3. It is important to note that after the scrutiny of documents, if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies shall be called for interview.
 4. Any Candidate having order from any court of law for Scrutiny of Documents, he/she may appear for Scrutiny of Documents along with court order and all relevant documents

Notice to BC Candidates for the posts of Naib Tehsildar

Announcement regarding BC Candidates for the posts of Naib Tehsildar in Revenue and Disaster Management Department

This Announcement is in continuation of 8.9.201s relating to Advt. No. 1/2015 for the post of "A" class Naib Tehsildar in Revenue & Disaster Management Department vide which the candidates who had applied under BC Category for the post of Naib Tehsiidar in persuance of Advt.No. 5/2013 published on 29.05.2013 nust update their caregory (BC) in application forms filled earlier and mention their caregory as either BC-A or BC-B category, as the case may be.
In response to the earlier Announcement dated 08.09.2015 most of the the BC category candidates have updated their category into BC-A or BC-B to whom they belong. But some candidates have not updated their category yet. Such candidates are hereby again directed to update their BC category specifying whether they belong to BC-A or BC-B category by making change in their previous online applicarion forms upto 05.05.2019.
failing which their candidature will be cancelled by the Commission and no other chance will be given to them and they will not be allowed to appear in the Recruitment Test.

Age Limit: 

The age limits for the posts as per the Recruitment Rules of various User Departments are: 
18-25 years as on 01-08-2019 (i.e. candidates born not before 02-08-1994 and not later than 01-08-2001). 
18-27 years as on 01-08-2019 (i.e. candidates born not before 02-08-1992 and not later than 01-08-2001). 
Relaxation in Upper age limit for different categories are as per norms.

Educational Qualifications (As on 01-08-2019): 

The candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board. 

As per Ministry of Human Resource Development Notification dated 10-06-2015 published in Gazette of India all the degrees/ diplomas/ certificates awarded through Open and Distance Learning mode of education by the Universities established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature, Institutions Deemed to be Universities under Section 3 of the University Grant Commission Act 1956 and Institutions of National Importance declared under an Act of Parliament stand automatically recognized for the purpose of employment to posts and services under the Central Government provided they have been approved by the University Grants Commission. 

Candidates who have not yet acquired but will acquire the educational qualification and produce documentary evidence from the Board in support thereof as on 01-08-2019 are also eligible. 

All candidates who are declared qualified by the Commission for Document Verification will be required to produce the relevant Certificates such as Mark sheets, Provisional Certificates etc. for completion of Matriculation or equivalent in original as proof of having acquired the minimum educational qualification on or before 01-08-2019, failing which the candidature of such candidates will be cancelled by the Commission. The candidates who are able to prove, by documentary evidence, that the result of the qualifying examination was declared on or before the cut-off date i.e. 01-08-2019 and he/ she has been declared passed, will also be considered to meet the educational qualification. 

The candidates possessing equivalent educational qualification shall also produce relevant Equivalence Certificate from the concerned authorities at the time of Document Verification. However, final decision regarding selection of such candidates will be taken by the concerned User Departments.

Application Fee: 

Fee payable: Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only). 

Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
Note-
Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or through cash in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

Online Applications are invited for admission in various Diploma Courses for the session 2019-20.
Admissions in various Diploma Courses shall be made through 04 Online Off-Campus counselings on the following basis: 

I. Admission in Diploma Engg. Course including HGST, KM, MAR, SDB, TFW and EWSs categories shall be made on the basis of merit of Secondary School Examination (Matriculation) or equivalent qualifying examination. 

II. Admissions in Diploma Engg. Lateral Entry Course including TFW and EWSs category shall be made through 1st and 2nd online off-campus counseling (as per reservation) on the basis of the inter-se merit of Lateral Entry Diploma Entrance Test 2019. So, candidates applying for this category must appear in DET (L)-2019. Further, from this session it is decided that the candidates who are not participating in OLET exam-2019 for Diploma Engg. Lateral Entry Course including TFW and EWSs category can participate in 3rd and 4 th online offcampus counseling (without reservation) for the leftover/ vacant seats on the basis of inter-semerit/ rank prepared on the basis of %age of qualifying examination. 

III. Admission for Diploma Pharmacy Course including MAR category shall be made on the basis of inter-se-merit prepared on the basis of %age of qualifying examination.

Application Fee or Entrance Test Fee: 

Rs. 500/- for General Category 
Rs. 200/- for All Reserved Categories (SC/ BC/ PH/ FF/ ESM/ KM/ EWSs/ HGST/ Girls) 
 The applicable Application Fee shall be deposited by the candidate only one time for the 1st and 2nd time registration for Diploma Engg. and Diploma Pharmacy Course. 
 The applicable Entrance Test Fee or Application Fee shall be deposited by the candidate only one time for the 1st and 2nd time registration for Diploma Engg. Lateral Entry, in which the candidates who have deposited Entrance Test Fee are exempted from application fee for 2nd time registration for Diploma Engg. Lateral Entry course

ELIGIBILITY FOR ALL DIPLOMA COURSES 

A. DIPLOMA ENGG. [Three Years Duration– 

Annual System in 1st year & Semester System in 2nd & 3rd year]  Eligibility Passed 10th Std/ SSC Examination. Obtained at least 35% marks (33% in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes category or Kashmiri Migrants Category) at the qualifying examination. Compulsory pass in Maths and Science subjects in the qualifying examination.  Basis of Admissions Admission in Diploma Engg. Course shall be made on the basis of merit of Secondary School Examination (Matriculation) or equivalent qualifying examination. 

B. ADMISSION IN DIPLOMA ENGG.– LATERAL ENTRY [Two Years Duration- 

Semester Based Course]  Eligibility All those candidates who have passed ITI of at least two years duration (after 10th), 10+2 Science (with Mathematics), 10+2 (vocational), 10+2 with Phyisics, Chemistry and Math (PCM) or 12th class passed with NSQF level 4 will be eligible for consideration in various Diploma Engineering courses as per the compatibility of the courses. Note:  The candidates who have passed ITI of at least two years duration (after 10th) or 10+2 with Phyisics, Chemistry and Math (PCM) will be eligible for consideration in all streams of Diploma Engg.  The candidates who have passed 10+2 (Arts/ Commerce) will be eligible for consideration in Non-Engineering Diploma Courses (Diploma in Business Management, Industrial & Personal Management, Hotel Management, Finance, Accounts & Auditing, Library & Information Science and Office Management & Computer Application) only.  Candidates who have passed 10+2 (Medical) will be eligible for consideration in Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology only.  The candidates who have passed 12th class with NSQF level 4 or 10+2 (Vocational) will be eligible as per the compatibility of the course. Candidates who have completed Three year diploma in particular branch would be eligible to take admission in 2nd year of a different branch through lateral entry.  Basis of Admissions Admission of the candidates to the Diploma lateral entry course through 1st & 2 nd online offcampus counseling (as per reservation) will be made on the basis of inter-se-merit/rank of Online Lateral Entry Diploma Entrance Test (i.e. DET (L)-2019).

C. ADMISSION IN DIPLOMA PHARMACY [Two Years Duration - Annual Course] 

 Entry qualification: 10+2 passed from Board of School Education, Haryana, or examination from a recognized board/ university (Subject to change by State Govt. decision). 
 Eligibility (Subject to change by State Govt. / Pharmacy Council decision if any) Passed from a recognized Board/University in any of the following examination with pass in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics:  Intermediate examination in science. 
 First year of the three years degree courses in science. 
 Regular 10+2 examination only in science academic stream. 
 12 years Higher Secondary Education Board Exam (Science academic stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology) of Higher Secondary Education Board, Nepal.  Pre-degree exam., or 
 Any other qualification approved by Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examination. 
NOTE: 
1. As per letter no. 14-2/2015- PCI(A)/23891-25895 dated 07-09-2015 of Pharmacy Council of India, it has been decided that “A student who has passed from Open School education system of the Central Govt./ State Govt. institutions are eligible for admission to Pharmacy courses as per the concerned Education Regulations.” It was further decided that the students of such Open Schools who have already passed or are undergoing pharmacy course(s) shall be treated as eligible for registration as a pharmacists under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 subject to fulfillment of the other prescribed conditions of registration under the Pharmacy Act, 1948. 
2. As per letter no. 14-2/2006- PCI-5763-6337 dated 13-06-2007 of Pharmacy Council of India candidates having pre-university examinations (new scheme) of Andhra University with Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Physics, Chemistry, Biology are not eligible. 
 Basis of Admission Admission to Diploma Pharmacy course shall be made on the basis of inter-se-merit/ rank prepared on the basis of %age of qualifying examination through On-line Off-Campus counseling at www.techadmissionshry.gov.in.

Syllabus-

Syllabus for the recruitment test will be as under:-
i) There will be only one paper comprising of 100 MCQs (Multiple Choice question), carrying one mark each, with total duration of Two hours comprising of questions from General Awareness (Including General Knowledge of Haryana), reasoning ability, Quantitative aptitude & General English).

ii) The question paper will be bi-lingual and there will be no negative marking.
