RECRUITMENT OF STENO TYPIST (Both Languages) ON CONTRACT BASIS IN HSSC OFFICE 

Steno typist are required in the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula as per outsourcing policy on the pay as per Rules of Government issued from time to time subject to minimum of Rs. 8100/- or fixed by the State Government (in General Administration Department) from time to time or on the wages fixed by the concerned Deputy Commissioner, for one year from the date of joining or till the regular selected candidates are appointed or the services required by the Commission, whichever is earlier, on the following terms and conditions:-

Eligibility-

(i) 10+2 1st Division /Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized board/ university. 
(ii) 10+2 or fifteen years Service in Army and Army Certificate class I.(For Ex-Servicemen) 
(iii) English Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription thereof at 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%. 
(iv) Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 64 words per minute and transcription fhereof at 11 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8% 
(v) Drafting 
(vi) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or higher Qualification. 

Age-

Minimum age should be 17 years and maximum will be 42. 

Date of Test-

The interested person may attend this office for Shorthand and Typing Test with all documents on dated 17th April, 2018. 

Note:- 
Two post of EBPG category will not filled in view of instruction issued by Chief Secretary to Govt. Haryana vide No. 22/I012013-1GS III dated 21st February 2018. After final decision remaining posts will be filled. 

The posts can be increased or decreased by the Commission keeping in view of work in the Commission at any time without any notice. These posts are purely'on contract basis and the service can be terminated at any time.

HSSC has notified that on the basis of Written Examination held on 21.05.2017 and Scrutiny of Documents on 30.08.2017, 31.08.2017, 11.10.2017 and 12.01.2018 for the post Tracer of Irrigation & Water resources Department ,Haryana, Against Advt. No. 07/2015, Category No. 02, the candidates equal to twice the number of vacancies, bearing following Roll Numbers have been called for interview/viva-voce provisionally and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per advertisement and service rules. The marks secured by the last short listed candidate have been given in bracket.

Date of Interview 

The interview of the above candidates will be held on 14.04.2018 in Commission's Office. 
The candidates are advised to report at 09.00 A.M. in the Commission office Bays No. 67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula. 
They are also directed to bring all original documents, set of self attested copies of all documents.

The candidates can download the Admit Card for interview from the website of the Commission on/after 10.04.2018

Note-
In case a candidate does not appear for Viva-Voce/interview, he/she will be given no further opportunity thereafter. 

The result of SBC/BC(C) category (16 Posts) has been withheld as per letter no. 42/187/2015-5GSI Dated:25.08.2016 issued by chief secretary, Government of Haryana in view of directions of the Hon'ble High Court that no appointments in service shall be made on the basis of the provision of the Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in services and admissions in educational insitutions) Act 2016 to the castes mentioned in schedule-III i.e. Backward Class Block 'C'. HSSC has notified that in continuation of notice dated 04.02.2017, the Commission has decided to give last opportunity on 09.04.2018 to the candidates who remained absent for Scrutiny of Documents before interview-viva Voce for the posts of Upper Divisional Clerk (UDC) and Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC) of UHBVNL/DHBVNL against advt. No. 3/2016 Cat No.2 & 3 respectively. 

The Candidates are also directed to bring all original documents, downloaded application form, along with one set of self attested copies of all documents mentioned in their application form and One ID proof. The Scrutiny of Documents before Interview/viva voce will be held at 9.00 AM on 09.04.2018 at Field Hostel, Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) (Adjoining Laxmi Narayana Mandir), Sector - 6, Panchkula.

The candidates who have already appeared for Scrutiny of Documents before interview/viva voce need not come again. 

The Candidates who have any directions for Scrutiny of Documents/Interview/viva voce of Hon'ble High Court may also report alongwith directions of Hon'ble High Court in the Commission Office.

In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of documents he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/Interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
