DUET Exam Date and Admit Card 2020
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been entrusted with the conduct of University of Delhi Entrance Examination
2020 for Admissions to Entrance based Post-graduate Courses.
DUET 2020 Date Sheet-
The NTA will conduct the DUET from 06 September to 11 September 2020 for UG, PG and M.Phil/Ph.D.

Admit Card for DUET 2020-
The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to their satisfying the eligibility conditions.
The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website. Dates for downloading admit cards will be intimated later on the website https://nta.ac.in/. Candidates have to appear for the Examination at the given Centre on Date and Shift (Timing) as indicated in their Admit Card.
No candidate will be allowed to appear at the examination centre, on Date and Timings other than that allotted to them in their Admit card.
The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.
In case candidate is unable to download admit card from the website or notices any discrepancy in his/her particular or photograph or signatures shown in the Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate may immediately approach the Help Line between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm as and when Admit Cards are issued. In such cases, candidates would appear in the examination with the already downloaded Admit Card. However, NTA will take necessary action to make correction in the record later.

Note:
a. Candidate may please note that Admit Cards will not be sent by post.
b. In no case, the duplicate Admit Card for DUET 2020 would be issued at the Examination Centres.
c. Candidate must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein.
d. Candidates are advised to preserve their Admit Cards in good condition for future reference.
e. No Admit Card shall be issued to the candidates whose Applications are found to be incomplete for any reasons (including indistinct/ doubtful photographs/unsigned Applications) or who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria for the examination.
f. Issue of Admit Cards, however, shall not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility which shall be further scrutinized at subsequent stages of admission process
SYLLABUS FOR THE TEST
The syllabus for the Entrance Test of each Postgraduate Course is the corresponding B.A. / B.Com. / B.Sc. (or equivalent) syllabus of the University of Delhi and / or is available on the respective Department‘s website.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION
Mode of Examination- LAN Based CBT (Computer Based Test)
Duration- 2 Hours
Type of Questions- Multiple Choice Question
Number of Questions- 100
Marks per question- 4 (four) for each correct response
Scoring -1 negative marking for incorrect response
Medium of Paper*- English only (Language courses may have exception)

The National Testing Agency will be conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) September– 2020 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at 605 Centres for B.Tech./B.E. and 489 Centres for B.Arch. and B.Planning located in 224 cities throughout the country and 08 cities abroad from 1st September to 6th September 2020.

Admit Cards
The Admit Cards of candidates (who have paid the fees) have been uploaded on the JEE website: jeemain.nta.nic.in The candidates are advised to download their admit card after filing in the online Undertaking of JEE (Main) September– 2020, and to go through the instructions contained therein as well as in the Information Bulletin.
The Admit Card, this time, has four pages including the “Important Instructions for Candidates” given on Page-2 and “Advisory for Candidates regarding COVID-19” on Pages 3 and 4.
The candidates are advised to download all the four pages and read them very carefully in view of the prevailing situation of COVID-19.
They are also advised to follow the instructions and the advisory in letter and spirit. On the day of the Examination, the candidate has to also bring to the exam centre, the undertaking given on the Admit Card at Page-1 (duly filled in, except his/her signature which he/she will be required to do in the presence of Invigilator). This Undertaking is in addition to the one filled online at the time of downloading the Admit Card.
In case any applicant is not able to download his/her Admit Card along with Undertaking he/she may send email to jeemain@nta.ac.in.
The candidates may note that no Admit Card will be sent by post.
For further clarifications related to JEE (Main)-2020, the candidates can contact at 8287471852, 8178359845, 9650173668, 9599676953 and 8882356803 and write at JEE (Main) Query Redressal System (QRS).
Considering the prevailing COVID-19 condition, the NTA has made all efforts for smooth conduct of the examination. The students as well as their parents/guardians are also requested to cooperate with NTA for successful conduct of the examination in safe and healthy environment by sincerely following the Instructions and Advisories.
