ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

Candidates, intending to apply for CRP Clerks-VIII should ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS.

Age (As on 01.09.2018): 

Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 28 years i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.09.1990 and not later than 01.09.1998 (both dates inclusive)

Educational Qualifications: 

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. 

The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online. 

Computer Literacy: 

Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in computer operations/ Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute. 

Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable. 

Ex-Servicemen who do not possess the above civil examination qualifications should be matriculate Ex-Servicemen who have obtained the Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force after having completed not less than 15 years of service in the Armed Forces of the Union as on 10.10.2018. Such certificates should be dated on or before 10.10.2018.

Application Fees

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges Payable from 18.09.2018 to 10.10.2018 (Online payment), both dates inclusive, shall be as follows- 

Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.  

Rs. 600 /- for all others

State Government shall be conducting Online Centralized Combined Counselling for admission to ANM/ GNM/ MPHW(M) courses in Government/ Private Nursing Schools in the State of Haryana for the Academic Session 2018-19. 

The detailed process explaining the procedure for admission to has been notified by the State Government dated 30.08.2018 and can be downloaded from the website i.e. www.dmerharyana.org. 

All the eligible candidates are required to register themselves online through web portal of Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (H KCL)-www.hrynursingadmissions.com

Eligibility Criteria: 

Age- 

MPHW(M) Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years on or before 31st December 2018. There is no age bar for ANM/LHV courses.

Minimum Education-

For GNM

10+2 class passed preferably Science (PCB) & English with aggregate of 40% marks. 10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Health care Science - Vocational stream ONLY, passing out from recognized Board under AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/ SSCE/ HSCE or other equivalent Board with 40% marks.

10+2 vocational ANM under CBSE board or other equivalent Board with 40% marks

Registered as ANM with state Nursing Registration council. 

Student shall be medically fit.

Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or science examination or Health care science Vocational stream ONLY conducted by National Institute of open school with 40% marks.

For ANM

Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and December 2018.

The minimum educational requirements shall be 10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, psychology, and philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Science or Health care Science - vocational stream ONLY passing out from recognized Board.

Student shall be medically fit. 

Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by National Institute of Open School.

For MPHW(M)

l0+2 with any stream.

Minimum age for admission will be 17 and maximum age limit will be 35 years as on 31.12.2018. 

Admission Procedure- 

Admission will be made through online centralized counselling from the list of registered candidates on the web portal as per merit.

(i) The merit will be drawn separately for the candidates having passed the different qualifying exam as shown above. 

(ii) Preference will be given to candidates in following order:- 

For GNM 

Candidates with Science subjects Physics, Chemistry & Biology) in qualiffing exam. 

Registered as ANM with state Nurses Registration council, 

10+2 vocational ANM under CBSE Board or other equivalent from the School and recognized by Indian Nursing Council with 40%marks. 

10+2 with Arts 

Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science Examination or Health Care Science Vocational stream only conducted by National Institute of Open School with 40% marks. 

For ANM 

10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Bio-technology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studiei, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology and Philosophy) and English Core/English elective or Science or Health Care Science-vocational stream only passing out from recognized Board. 

Students qualified in l0+i) in Arts or Science Examination conducted by National Institute of Open School. 

For MPHW (M) 

10+2 with science subjects Physics, chemistry & Biology) in qualifing exam. 

(iii) The choice of the course/institution exercised by the candidate at the time of online counselling will be considered final.

(iv) The allotment of the school (no separate letter shall be sent) shall be made strictly as per merit and the choice/preference of the school nieA up by the candidate on the online portal.

(v) Personal appearance of the candidates with all original documents shall be compulsory at the time of reporting at the institute. Attested photocopies of certificates/documents will not be considered valid for the purpose of admission.

Registration Fee-

The Registration cum Counselling Fee shall be as under 

Rs. 1000/- for Unreserved Category. 

Rs. 750/- for BC-A & BC-B of Haryana, PH, FF, ESM Category. 

Rs.500/- for SC/ST Category of Haryana

Result of Written Exam & Scrutiny of Documents for PGT Sanskrit (ROH)

Scrutiny of Documents before Interview for the post of PGT Sanskrit (Rest of Haryana) For School Education Department, Haryana Against Advt. No. 4/2015, Cat No. 16.

HSSC has notified that in continuation of earlier notice dated 06.02.2017 and on the basis of Written Examination held on 15.06.2016 for the Post of PGT Sanskrit (Rest of Haryana) for School Education Department, Haryana Against Advt. No. 4/2015, Cat No. 16, Commission has decided to call the candidates for scrutiny of documents who were earlier ineligible due to not having HTET or any other reason or were absent in scrutiny of documents earlier held from 17.04.2017 to 20.04.2017. The candidates bearing following Roll Nos. have been called for Scrutiny of Documents provisionally to ascertain eligible candidates and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per advertisement and service rules. Those candidates who have already been found eligible have not been called for scrutiny of documents again.

Scrutiny of Documents Schedule-

The Scrutiny of Documents of the candidates will be held from 24.09.2018 to 25.09.2018 as per schedule to be notified shortly on Commission's Website i.e. www.hssc.gov.in. 

The candidates are advised to report at 09.00 A.M. in Commission's office Bays No.67-70, Sector-2, Panchkula. 

They are also directed to bring all original documents, set of self attested copies of all documents , one Id Proof and copy of downloaded application form. 

Note-

In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of Documents, he/she will not be considered for Viva-Voce/interview and no further opportunity will be given thereafter. 

The result of SBC/BC(C) category has been withheld as per letter no. 42/187/2015-5GSI Dated:25.08.2016 issued by chief secretary, Government of Haryana in view of directions of the Hon'ble High Court that no appointments in service shall be made on the basis of the provision of the Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in services and admissions in educational insitutions) Act 2016 to the castes mentioned in schedule-III i.e. Backward Class Block 'C'.The SBC/BC(C) Category candidates,except those who have availed the benefit of age relaxation,have been considered against general vacancies. 

It is important to note that after the scrutiny of documents, if a candidate is found eligible it will not confer any right of interview and candidates only falling within twice the number of vacancies shall be called for interview.

HSSC has notified that Scrutiny of Document for the post of PGT Sanskrit will be hold at Field Hostel, Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) (Adjoining Laxmi Narayan Mandir), Sector- 6, Panchkula instead of Commission office.
