In view of various writ petitions, pending before the Hon'ble High Court, this result is declared partial and and thus result for 275 Posts of various categories have not been declared in view of pending writ petitions. The waiting list will also be prepared along with the final result after the final out come of these writ petitions. 

The result of SBC/BC(C) category (90 Posts) has been withheld as per letter no. 42/187/2015-5GSI dated:25.08.2016 issued by the Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana in view of directions of the Hon'ble High Court that no appointments in service shall be made on the basis of the provision of the Haryana Backward Classes (Reservation in services and admissions in educational insitutions) Act, 2016, to the castes mentioned in Schedule-III i.e. Backward Class Block 'C'. The SBC/BC(C) Category candidates,except those who have availed the benefit of age relaxation,have been considered against general vacancies. 

As per Govt. Instruction no 22/15/1992-3GS III Dated: 07.10.2008, suitable candidates of Outstanding Sports Person are not available in a particular category, then the vacancies have been filled up from amongest the same category candidates. 

As per Govt. Instruction no 22/10/2010-1GS III Dated: 23.05.2014, suitable candidates of Ex-Servicemen are not available in a particular category, then the vacancies have been filled up from amongest the same category candidates.

Online application for 2 year B.Ed. admissions are invited by CRSU, Jind. Prospectus containing eligibility conditions, list of participating institutions with no. of sanctioned seats, code no. of Colleges/ Institutes and reservation policy can be seen/ downloaded from University website www.crsu.ac.in. Cut off date for eligibility will be the last date/time of online choice filling.
 

Mode of B.Ed. Admissions 2018

The Admission to B.Ed. (Regular) Course for the session 2018-19 will be made on the basis of inter-semerit of percentage of the Qualifying Examination through online counselling by C.R.S.U. Jind. 

In case a candidate has passed the Master Degree Examination also after Bachelor Degree, the higher percentage of marks obtained either in Under Graduate or Post Graduate degree of the two will be taken into consideration while preparing the merit. 

Rules for Employees-

No one who is already in employment (whole time or part time or in honorary capacity) shall be admitted to the B.Ed. (Regular) Course in any College of Education without taking leave from the employer for full academic session.

Eligibility for Admission to B.Ed. Two Year Regular Course

Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor Degree and /or in the Master's Degree or any other Qualification recognized as equivalent there to are eligible for admission to the programme. 
Note: 
(i) There shall be no rounding off of percentage of marks of the qualifying examination from 0.5% and above to next higher number for determining the eligibility i.e. 49.5% and above will not be rounded off to 50%. 
(ii) 47.5% marks for SC/ST candidates of Haryana State only. As per letter dated :-16-07-2014 
(iii) 47.5% marks for Blind /Persons with Disabilities and visually/Hearing Impaired candidates. 
(iv) In case a candidate has passed the Master Degree Examination also after Bachelor Degree, the higher percentage of marks obtained in either of the two will be taken into consideration while preparing the merit 
(v) Compartmental candidates will not be allowed admissionin B.Ed.(Regular Course) in any case. (vi) Cut off date for eligibility will be the last date/time of online choice filling. (vii) One year PG diploma in any subject will not be considered equivalent to Master's Degree.

Application Fee-

On-line registration-cum-counselling fee is 
Rs. 1000/-(Rs. 500/-registration fee plusRs. 500/- Counseling fee) for General Category candidates 
Rs. 625/- (Rs. 125/- registration fee plus Rs. 500/- Counseling fee) for SC/BC/PH, Girls candidates of Haryana state. 
Registration cum Counselling fee is non-refundable, 

On-line registration-cum-Counselling fee shall be deposited by the candidate through www.crsu.ac.in, in the Account of CRSU, Jind. 
Bank charges shall be paid by the candidate as given below:

Fee can also be deposited in the above banks through Cridet/Debit cards and Net Banking on the charges already fixed by the concrned banks.

DIVISION OF SEATS 

50% of the total seats in each college shall be reserved for Group-I i.e. Science & Arts with Maths group candidates. 
Other 50% seats shall be reserved for Group-II i.e. Arts & Commerce Group Candidates. 
Note: 
a. The seats which remain vacant in Group-I i.e.Science & Arts with Maths-group can be converted in Group-II i.e. Arts & Commerce Group and vice-versa. Such vacant seats of one group will be converted into same category(General or Reserved) of the other group and if still these seats remain vacant only then these will be converted into General Category. The vacant seats of SC Categories in Govt./Govt. aided/ Maintained Colleges of Education /UTDs will not be converted converted into General Category.
b. In case of Tau DeviLal Memorial College of Education, Manana (Panipat) out of total seats 5% seats shall be filled up with the consent of the Gram Panchayat. (Reference letter by the Financial Commissioner and Secretary to Government Haryana, Development and Panchayat Department: Endst No G-I-2001/ 24132 136 dated 5.6.2001).

List of documents to be brought at the time of reporting in the institute:

The candidates, at the time of reporting must bring the following Original Certificates/ Documents/ Testimonials along with two sets of duly attested photocopies of these with them. Any candidate, who fails to produce any of the required Certificate/ Document/ Testimonial at the time of reporting the institution, will forfeit his/her claim to admission. 
(i) Qualifying Examination i.e.Bachelor Degree and /or Master's Degree or Shastri Degree 3-year (with or without English)/Acharya Degree two year. The candidate will bring the DMCs of all the years of Bachelor and Master Degree or Shastri/Acharya Degree. 
(ii) Matriculation/ High School Certificate 
(iii) 10+2/Intermediate/Senior Secondary School Examination Certificate & Detailed Marks Card. 
(iv) Character Certificate: 
(a) Regular Candidates: The candidates who have passed their qualifying exam from College/ Department asregular students are required to submit the Character Certificate as per Annexure XIV. 
(b) Private Candidates: Male candidates, who have passed the qualifying examination as private candidatesshould submit theirCharacter Certificate, duly signed by a NotaryPublic. 
(c) Gaps in study: Male candidate who have gaps in their academic career after the qualifying exam., must furnish a gap certificate, in the form of affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper or certificate from the employer (if in the service) and should also furnish separately the character certificate of gap period duly attested byNotaryPublic. 
(v) Residents Certificate as per Annexure-XI, if applicable: Candidates, who have passed their qualifying examination from a university located in the State of Haryana will be deemed to be Haryana residents and will not be required to submit certificates of bonafide residents of Haryana
(vi) Certificate from the Employer in the case of Employees of Govt. of Haryana, members of All India Services borne on Haryana Cadre, Employees of Statutory Bodies/Corporations as per Annexure-XII, if applicable. 
(vii) Scheduled Caste Certificate as per Annexure-V, if applicable. 
(viii) Backward Class Certificate as per Annexure-VI, if applicable and affidavit as per Annexure-VII. 
(ix) Special backward Classes certificate as per Annexure-VI-A. 
(x) Economically Backward Persons in General Category Certificate as per Annexure-VI-B.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS-

No. 62/27/2003 – 6 GSI dated 29.07.2003 Annexure-3 and submit relevant certificate of bonafide residents as laid down in letter no.22/28/2003- 3GS-III dated 30.1.2004 Annexure 4. 
ii) The children/wards (if parents are not living)/dependents of the employees of Indian Defense Services/Para-Military Forces belonging to Haryana State at the time of entry into service as per their service record. (Such candidates will submit a certificate in the proforma given in Annexure-5 from the Officer duly authorized by the Army/Navy/Air Force/concerned Para-Military Forces Headquarters, as the case may be). 
iii) The children/wards (if parents are not living)/ dependents of Ex-employees of Indian Defense Services/Para-Military Forces belonging to Haryana State at the time of entry into service as per their service record who retired from service on or after first April of the preceding year of admission. (Such candidates will submit a certificate in the proforma given in Annexure-13 from the Officer duly authorized by the Army/ Navy/Air Force/concerned Para-Military Force Headquarters, as the case may be). 
iv) The children/wards (if parents are not living)/dependents of Ex-employees of Indian Defence Services/Para-Military Forces belonging to Haryana State at the time of entry into service as per their service record, provided the candidate has studied 10+2 as a regular candidate in a recognized institution in Haryana. (Such candidates will submit a certificate in the proforma given in Annexure-13 from the Officer duly authorized by the Army/Navy/Air Force/concerned Para-Military Forces Headquarters, as the case may be and also a certificate to the effect that he/she has studied 10+2 as a regular candidate in a recognized institution in Haryana from the Principal/Head of the Institution last attended in the proforma given.

B. The candidates should also fulfill the FOLLOWING minimum conditions to appear in the Entrance Examination for both Govt. & Pvt. Institutions:- 
(i) She/he will attain the age of 17 years or more on 31.12.2018. 
Note: 
The age shall be determined as per entry in the Matriculation/Higher Secondary or its equivalent Certificate.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:- 

The candidate must have passed following examinations: 

1. B.Sc. Nursing 

The candidate must have passed Senior School Certificate examination (10+2) of Board of School Education, Haryana or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 45% aggregate marks for General Category, 40% marks for SC/BC in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English (P,C,B & E) taken together in qualifying examination . However, the candidate must obtain pass marks in each subject separately.

2. Bachelor of Physiotherapy ( BPT) at College of Physiotherapy, PGIMS, Rohtak - 

A candidate must have passed Sr. Sec. Certificate Exam. (10+2) of Board of School Education Haryana or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 % marks in the aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together and pass the qualifying examination. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates the marks obtained should be read as 40% in qualifying examinations. 

3. B.Sc. (Optometry), Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, PGIMS, Rohtak. 

a. A candidate must have passed Sr. Sec. Certificate Exam. (10+2) of Board of School Education Haryana or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 % marks in the aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together and pass the qualifying examination. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates the marks obtained should be read as 40% in qualifying examinations
b. In-service candidates (for B.Sc. optometry) : 
(i) A person in regular employment shall also be eligible as in-service candidates provided he/she fulfills above qualifications for eligibility has passed the course of Ophthalmic Assistant/Optometry/Orthoptics (minimum 2 years duration) from any recognized Board/Council/University and thereafter is in regular employment with Haryana Health/Medical Education and research department and possesses a minimum experience of 3 years or more as Optometrist/Ophthalmic Assistant in Haryana Health/ Medical Education and Research Department. 
c. If in-service departmental candidate is not available/ not qualified then candidate having passed the course of Ophthalmic assistant/Optometry/Orthoptics (minimum 2 years duration) from any recognized Board/Council/University with 3 years experience in any hospital/clinic shall be eligible against seats reserved for in-service candidates. 

Further if the candidates of above categories are not available as given para (b) & (c) above, the seat will be filled up by following Haryana Govt. reservation policy.

4. B.Sc. in Medical TechnologyOperation Theatre (OT) Course 

a. A candidate must have passed Sr. Sec. Certificate Exam. (10+2) of Board of School Education Haryana or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 % marks in the aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together and pass the qualifying examination. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates the marks obtained should be read as 40% in qualifying examinations. 
OR 
(i) A person in regular employment of UHS/HaryanaHealth/Medical Education &Research Deptt. whoapplies through proper Channel must have passedSr. Sec. Certificate Exam. (10+2) of Board of SchoolEducation Haryana / Pre medical or equivalent examwith a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together and pass the qualifying examination. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates the marks obtained should be read as 40% in qualifying examinations. And She/he possesses a Diploma in Operation Theatre Technician from an Institution / Board Council recognized by Haryana Govt. and has a minimum of 3 years of experience as O.T. Assistant / O.T. Master in various capacities in Haryana Govt. under Medical Education & Research Deptt. 
if the In-service candidates with above mentioned criteria are not available/not qualified then. 
(ii) A person in regular employment of UHS/ Haryana Health /Medical Education & Research Deptt. Whoapplies through proper channel having passed Matric Exam (10th Class) of Board of School EducationHaryana or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with Hindi and English taken together in case of SC/ST/BC Candidates the marks obtained should be read as 40% in qualifying examinations. And She/he possesses a Diploma in Operation Theatre technician from an Institution / Board Council recognized by Haryana Govt. and has a minimum of 5 years of experience as O.T. Assistant / O.T. Master in various capacities in Haryana Govt. under Medical Education & Research Deptt. 
If the In-service candidates with above mentioned criteria are also not available/not qualified then 
iii) A person in regular employment of UHS/ Haryana Health/ Medical Education & Research Deptt. who applies through proper channel must have passed Sr. Sec. Certificate Exam (10+2) of Board of School Education Haryana/ Pre medical or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together and pass the qualifying examination. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates the marks obtained should be read as 40% in qualifying examinations. And she/he should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Operation Theatre in various capacities in Haryana Govt. under Medical Education & Research Deptt.

5. B.Sc. Medical Lab. Technology (B.Sc. MLT) - 

Acandidate must have passed Sr. Sec. Certificate Exam. (10+2) of Board of School Education Haryana or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 % marks in the aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together and pass the qualifying examination. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates the marks obtained should be read as 40% in qualifying examinations. For in-service Candidates applying through Proper Channel: Those employees have put in a minimum 5 years of regular service even after passing Diploma in MLT from the institutions/ boards/ councils recognized by Haryana Govt. 

6. B.Sc. in Radiotherapy Technology -

A candidate must have passed Sr. Sec. Certificate Exam. (10+2) of Board of School Education Haryana or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 % marks in the aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together and pass the qualifying examination. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates the marks obtained should be read as 40% in qualifying examinations. 

7. B.Sc. in Radiography & Imaging Technology - 

A candidate must have passed Sr. Sec. Certificate Exam. (10+2) of Board of School Education Haryana or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 % marks in the aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together and pass the qualifying examination. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates the marks obtained should be read as 40% in qualifying examinations. 

8. B.Sc. in Perfusion Technology - 

A candidate must have passed Sr. Sec. Certificate Exam. (10+2) of Board of School Education Haryana or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 % marks in the aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together and pass the qualifying examination. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates the marks obtained should be read as 40% in qualifying examinations. 
Note:-
To determine the minimum eligibility criteria, calculation of marks obtained in qualifying examination will be made as per instructions of the Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana bearing No. 22/129/2013-IGS IIIDated 16.07.2014(Annexure- ) 
 Admission to above courses will be made on the basis of the merit of Common Entrance Test.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION 

1. (a) Date of Entrance Examination : 02.09.2018 (SUNDAY) 
(b) Timings : (10:00 AM to 01:00PM) 
2. Medium of Examination- The medium of Entrance Examination will be English. 
3. Scheme of Examination- The Entrance examination shall consist of one paper of three hours duration-The paper will include objective type questions. 4. Number of questions and Maximum Marks 
(i) There will be total of 180 objective type questions (in the subject of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) preferably equally distributed. 
(ii) The papershall carry a maximum of 180 Marks,

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Age Limit- 

18-30 years for all posts except Multi-Tasking Staff for whom age limit is 18 – 33 years (as on 01st July, 2018). The upper age-limit is relaxable as per Govt. of India orders issued from time to time. 

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION-

i) The Computer Based Test (ON-LINE MODE) will be conducted in two/three sessions on a single day of 2 hours duration. The examination paper will contain questions as under: 
a) For Executives will contain total 120 objective type questions containing 96 questions related to post/ discipline for which the candidate has applied, 12 questions on General Knowledge and 12 questions on reasoning. 
b) For Junior Executives - The standard of questions for the online examination will be generally in conformity with the educational standards and/or minimum technical qualifications prescribed for the posts. The question papers will be of Objective type with Multiple Choice and are likely to include the question pertaining to General Knowledge/Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and reasoning, General Science and Technical ability. The question paper will have 120 questions. 
c) For MTS – The question papers will be Objective Multiple Choice Type. The standard of questions for the online examination will be generally in conformity with the educational standards prescribed for the posts. The Questions will be objective in nature with aim to assess General Knowledge/Awareness, Mathematics and reasoning etc. The question paper will have 120 question. 

ii) There shall be negative marking in Computer Based Test and marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer @ ¼ (0.25) mark for each wrong answer. 

iii) For Executive level posts: 
a. The selection will be made as per merit on the basis of performance in the Computer Based Test. Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of the original documents according to merit, availability of vacancies and reservation rules. 
b. Executive (Optg.): Computer Based Test followed by Psycho Test and document verification. 

iv) For Junior Executive (Technicians) level posts: 
a. Single stage Computer Based Test for the posts of Jr. Executives (Technicians) followed by verification of original documents. 
b. The selection will be made as per merit on the basis of performance in the Computer Based Test. Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of the original documents according to merit, availability of vacancies and reservation rules. 

v) For MTS (Multi-tasking Staff) Level Posts: 
a) The selection will be made as per merit on the basis of performance in the Computer Based Test. Shortlisted candidates will be called for PET and verification of the original documents according to merit of the Computer Based Test, availability of vacancies and reservation rules. 
b) Only those candidates who qualify in the Computer Based Test will be called for PET (Physical Efficiency Test). 
c) Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Passing the PET is mandatory and the same will be qualifying in nature. The criterion for the PET is as under:
Male candidates-
i. Should be able to lift and carry 35 kg. weight for distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down; and 
ii. Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 second in one chance.
Female candidates
i. Should be able to lift and carry 20 kg. weight for distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down; and
ii. Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 second in one chance.

APPLICATION FEE AND MODE OF REMITTANCE: 

Fee Payable (non-refundable) for each post is to be deposited ONLINE by the candidates, as under: 

1 Executive (UR/OBC)- Rs.900.00 
2 Jr. Executive(UR/OBC)- Rs.700.00 
3 MTS/Unskilled(UR/OBC)- Rs.500.00 

No application fee is required for SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen candidates. 
DFCCIL will accept fee through ONLINE mode only. Fee submitted by any other mode will not be accepted. In case applicant is applying for more than 1 post (i.e. 01 post in Jr. Executive cadres and 01 post in Multi-Tasking Staff cadre etc.), he/she shall have to deposit fee separately for each post as applicable.
