Application Fees:- 

A crossed Demand Draft in favour of the Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D.Sharma, University of Health Sciences, Rohtak 

i. Rs. 1000/- for General Category and 
ii. Rs. 250/- for Reserved Categories (for Haryana Domicile only) 
iii. 50% concession in the above fees is granted to the women candidates (both general and reserved category) as per Govt. Instructions. 
iv. PH & ESM candidates are exempted from the application fee. 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE OF SENIOR RESIDENTS/ DEMONSTRATORS SENIOR RESIDENT & DEMONSTRATOR 

1. MBBS from Institution/University recognized by the NMC. 

2. MD/MS/DNB in the subject concerned. In case the candidates having MD/MS qualification are not available, the candidates having diploma in the speciality concerned or training experience of 3 years as PG student in the subject will be considered for appointment. 

3. Must be having a valid registration certificate either issued by NMC (erstwhile MCI)/ Haryana State Medical Council. 

Age:- 

Minimum age shall be 22 years and not more than 40 years upto closing date of demand of applications. 

-The benefit of relaxation in upper age in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST, BC. ESM etc. will be given as per instructions issued by General Administration Department (GAD) from time to time and is restricted to Haryana Domiciles candidates only. 

Note:- 

1. As per NMC guideline a candidate possessing the qualification of DNB is also eligible to be appointed as Senior Resident in the concerned specialty. 

2. Number of posts is liable to increase or decrease as the condition may demand. The merit list so prepared will remain valid for 06 months for the offer of the appointment counted from date of declaration of result. 

3. No individual interview letter will be sent and no TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Candidates are advised to regularly check the website of university of Health Sciences www.uhsr.ac.in. or dmer.haryana.gov.in for latest updates. Candidates must provide their e-mail ids and mobile no. as the interview dates and regular updates will be sent accordingly. 

4. Age and qualification will be counted upto the closing date. 

5. Separate application form may be submitted for separate post. 

6. Where there is a shortage of Senior Resident/Demonstrators and eligible candidates are not available, the candidates, who have completed one tenure of three year, can be considered. 

7. Those students who are doing MD/MS course, on selection as Sr. Resident/Demonstrator will have to discontinue their MD/MS Course before joining the post. 

8. The applicants who are already in Govt./Semi Govt./Corporation or Autonomous Body, should bring fresh, ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of interview, failing which the applicant will not be considered for interview, NOC may not be older than three months counted from closing date of inviting of applications.

Haryana Staff Selection Commission has notified that keeping in view the convenience of the candidates, the link for online application forms against Advt. No. 15/2019 & 1/2020 for following categories are hereby re-activated from 31st July, 2021 to 16th August, 2021 till 11:59 P.M Extended upto 06.09.2021, through Haryana Staff Selection Commission website www.hssc.gov.in

Directorate of School Education Haryana invites online applications directly from the PGTs working on Regular basis in the Govt. Schools in Haryana and willing to be posted in Govt. Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary Schools (GMSSSS) of the State against clear and deemed vacancies.

These schools are English medium schools of Haryana Govt. and affiliated to CBSE. So the application should be fluent in spoken English and must be able to teach her/his subject in English as the medium of instruction expect languages like Hindi-Sanskrit etc.

HPSC has notified for the information of the candidates who have applied for the post of Manager (Electrical) in HSIIDC in response to the Advertisement No. I(3) of 2018  published on 21.07.2018 and corrigendum dated 15.06.2019, published in various newspapers that the candidature of the candidates having Name/Reg. Nos./Roll Nos, as mentioned in the list attached to this announcement is liable for Rejection.

The candidature of the candidates mentioned in List-I is liable for rejection on account of non submission of Printed/hard Copy of online Application Form along-with required documents up to the last date i.e. 26.02.2021.

The candidature of the candidates mentioned in List-II is liable for rejection on account of submission of hard copy of online Application form after the stipulated period i.e 26.02.2021.

The candidature of the candidates mentioned in List-III is liable for rejection due to various other reasons which is being communicated to them separately. 

The candidates in List-III can submit representation, against the proposed rejection with in a period of 10 days from the date of publication of this announcement i.e. up to 02.08.2021(05.00 P.M.) failing which no representation will be entertained and the decision in this regard shall be made on merit as per available record.

हरियाणा पुलिस भर्ती फिजिकल और दस्तावेजों की जांच  (D.V.) के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश 

13.08.2021 से शुरू होने वाले पुलिस विभाग के पदों के लिए शारीरिक जांच परीक्षण (पीएसटी), शारीरिक माप (पीएमटी) और दस्तावेजों की जांच के लिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देष:-

1. उम्मीदवार फिजिकल स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट, फिजिकल मेजरमैंट टेस्ट और दस्तावेजों की जांच के लिए आने से पहले एडमिट कार्ड पर दिए गए निर्देषों को ध्यान से पढे़ । 

2. उम्मीदवार स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट, पीएमटी और दस्तावेजों की जांच के लिए प्रवेश पत्र पर नवीनतम रंगीन फोटो चिपकाकर, राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा सत्यापित करवा कर, फोटोयुक्त ड्राईविंग लाइसेंस, वोटर कार्ड, आधार कार्ड, पासपोर्ट आदि पहचान प़त्र सहित केवल प्रिन्टिड एडमिड कार्ड लेकर आए । 

3. उम्मीदवारों को चेतावनी दी जाती है कि वे मोबाईल फोन या कोई इलेक्ट्रॅनिक कम्यूनिकेशन उपकरण, किसी भी प्रकार की घड़ी, बेल्ट, अंगूठी, चेन आदि जैसे गहने ना लेकर आए । यदि किसी उम्मीदवार के पास ऐसी कोई वस्तु पाई जाती है, तो उसे परीक्षण स्थल पर प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी । 

4. उम्मीदवार को वेबसाईट से ओरिजिनल डाउनलोड किए गए प्रवेश पत्र के साथ उस में दशाई गई तिथि और समय पर निश्चित स्थल पर रिपोर्ट करना होगा । प्रवेश पत्र में दर्शाए गए समय से पहले स्थल पर प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं होगी । एक शिफ्ट का कार्य पूर्ण होने पर ही अगली शिफ्ट के उम्मीदवारों को प्रवेश दिया जाएगा । 

5. यह भी संज्ञान में आया है कि कई उम्मीदवारों ने पुलिस विभाग की विभिन्न श्रेणियों में आवेदन किया है । यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि ऐसे उम्मीदवार को प्रत्येक पीएसटी/पीएमटी में उपस्थित होना होगा और प्रत्येक श्रेणी के लिए अलग से जांच करवानी होगी । चूंकि पीएसटी का संचालन उम्मीदवार की शारीरिक शक्ति से जुड़ा हुआ है जिस में उम्मीदवार के समय के बदलाव की संभावना है, ऐसे सभी उम्मीदवारों को प्रत्येक श्रेणी के पद के लिए अलग से उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य होगा और पीएसटी के उस उम्मीदवार के परिणाम को उसी पद की श्रेणी के अनुसार माना जाएगा जिस श्रेणी में वह उम्मीदवार उपस्थित हुआ है । उम्मीदवार का एक श्रेणी में अच्छा और दूसरी श्रेणी में खराब प्रदर्शन की संभावना हो सकती है, लेकिन किसी एक श्रेणी के अच्छे प्रदर्शन के परिणाम को दूसरी श्रेणी में खराब प्रदर्शन के परिणाम के आधार पर पहली श्रेणी में किए गए अच्छे प्रदर्शन का आधार नहीं माना जाएगा । हर श्रेणी का परिणाम उस श्रेणी में किए गए प्रदर्शन के आधार पर निर्धारित होगा । पीएमटी के संदर्भ में विभिन्न श्रेणियों का अलग-2 माप लिया जाएगा । माप कम्पयूटरीकृत मशीनों के द्वारा लिया जाएगा और माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के अनुसार स्वचालित रूप से सिस्टम में दर्ज किया जाएगा । यदि कोई उम्मीदवार अपने माप के परिणाम से संतुष्त नहीं है तो वह उसी तिथि पर तुरंत लिखित रूप में अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करवा सकता है और ऐसे मामले में एक्सपर्ट कमेटी द्वारा उस उम्मीदवार का माप लिया जाएगा और ऐसी विशेषज्ञ समिति द्वारा लिया गया माप का परिणाम अंतिम माना जाएगा और पीएमटी के उसके परिणाम को उस पद की श्रेणी अनुसार ही माना जाएगा जिसमें वह उपस्थित हुआ है । ऐसे उम्मीदवारों के दस्तावेजों की जांच के संबंध में उन्हें प्रत्येक श्रेणी में अलग-2 श्रेणियों के लिए अलग-2 उपस्थित होना पडेगा । उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वह स्क्रूटनी के समय सभी दस्तावेजों को दिखाए। 

6. कार्यक्रम स्थल पर उम्मीदवार को एक टोकन नंबर दिया जाएगा और फिर वे प्रतीक्षा स्थल पर जाएंगे जहाॅं उन्हें पंजीकरण के लिए उन के टोकन नंबर के अनुसार बुलाया जाएगा । पीएसटी (दौड़) के लिए उम्मीदवार को चेस्ट नंबर और आरएफआईटी टैग/चिप दिया जाएगा जो उम्मीदवार के पैरों पर बंधा होगा । उम्मीदवार किसी भी स्तर पर चेस्ट नंबर या उसे दी गई चिप के साथ छेड़छाड़ की कोशिश नहीं करेगा, अगर किसी स्तर पर छेड़छाड़ पाई गई तो उसमें किसी भी तरह की विसंगति के कारण उस उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी और उसे आगे की भर्ती प्रक्रिया से हटा दिया जाएगा । 

7. पीएसटी और पीएमटी के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की ड्रग्स और अन्य प्रतिबंधित दवाएं लेना सख्त वर्जित है । अगर किसी उम्मीदवार के पास दवा या प्रतिबंधित दवा पाई जाती है तो उसे आगे की चयन प्रक्रिया से हटा दिया जाएगा और उसके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी । 

8. सभी उम्मीदवार जिन्होंने विभिन्न पदो के लिए आवेदन किया है उन्हें यह सुनिश्चित कर लेना चाहिए कि वे उस पद के लिए शारिरिक मानकों को पूरा करते हैं और शारीरिक परीक्षण में भाग लेने के लिए फिट हैं। उम्मीदवार शारीरिक जांच परीक्षा में अपने जोखिम व जिम्मेदारी पर भाग लेंगे । परीक्षण के दौर उसे हुई किसी भी प्रकार की दुर्घटना या चोट के लिए एचएसएससी या सरकार जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी । 

9. उम्मीदवार जूते पहन कर/ बिना जूते पहने शारीरिक जांच परीक्षा में भाग ले सकता है लेकिन अगर कोई चोट लगती है तो इसकी जिम्मेदारी आयोग या सरकार की नहीं होगी । 

10. पीएसटी (रनिंग) आयोजित करने की प्रक्रियाः-

 क) उम्मीदवारी की तालाशी (फ्रिसकिंग) 
ख) उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गई आईडी से पहचान की पुष्टि के बाद प्रवेश पत्र से बार कोड की स्कैनिंग और फोटोग्राफ और बायोमैट्रिक फिंगर प्रिंट कैप्चर करके उम्मीदवार का पंजीकरण । 
ग) उम्मीदवार के पैरों पर अलग से चेस्ट नंबर और आरएफआईडी टैग बांधना जिसे चिप स्कैनर द्वारा स्कैन किया जाएगा । 
घ) उम्मीदवारों को रनवे के सभी प्वाईंटस यानि शुरूआती प्वाईंट, मध्य प्वाईंट और समापन प्वाईंट से गुजरना है ताकि उनके पैरों से बंधी चिप सिस्टम में स्वचालित रूप से दर्ज हो जाए और यदि किसी भी प्वाईंट पर उम्मीदवार की चिप रिकाॅर्ड नहीं की जाती है तो उस पुरूष/महिला उम्मीदवार को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा जिसके लिए वह स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा । 
ड) डी-रजिस्ट्रेशन, बायो-मेट्रिक प्राप्त करना और पीएसटी के समाप्त होने पर आरएफआईडी चिप और चेस्ट नंबर वापिस लेना । पीएसटी की पूरी प्रक्रिया को पारदर्षिता और निष्पक्षता के उद्देश्य से विभिन्न स्थलोें पर लगाए गए सीसीटीवी के माध्यम से कैप्चर किया जाएगा, परन्तु दौड़ के समय/पीएसटी की गणना के लिए, आरएफआईडी टैग/ चिप द्वारा दर्ज किए गए समय के आधार पर चयन किया जाएगा ।

14. यदि किसी उम्मीदवार को पीएसटी, पीएमटी या दस्तावेजों की जांच के संबंध में कोई आपत्ति है तो वह उसी दिन तुरंत लिखित रुप में अपनी आपत्ति, निवारण समिति को देगा, जिसके बाद ऐसी कोई आपत्ति पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा । 

15. यदि किसी भी स्तर पर यह पाया जाता है कि उम्मीदवार विभाग के विज्ञापन और सेवा नियमों के अनुसार पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा नहीं करता है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द की जा सकती है । 

16. सभी उम्मीदवार समय-समय पर हरियाणा कर्मचारी चयन आयोग द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करने के लिए बाध्य है और यदि उनका पालन नहीं किया जाता है या उनके द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की अनुशासनहीनता पैदा की जाती है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द की जा सकती है । 

17. पीएसटी/पीएमटी और दस्तावेज सत्यापन एचएसएससी द्वारा किए गए विज्ञापन संख्या 04/2020, 02/2021 और 03/2021 के अनुसार व विभागीय सेवा नियमावली के आधार पर किया जाएगा जो आयोग की वेबसाईट www.hssc.gov.in पर पहले से ही उपलब्ध है ।

Important instructions for Physical Screening Test(PST), Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Scrutiny of documents for posts of Police Department commencing from 13.08.2021

1. Candidates must go through the instructions below as well as prescribed on the Admit Card carefully before coming for the Physical Screening Test, Physical Measurement test and scrutiny of documents. 

2. Candidate must bring legibly printed Admit Card (not photostat) with recent colored photo pasted on Admit Card duly attested by Gazetted Officer and one identity proof with photo like Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Passport etc. at the time of Physical Screening Test, PMT and Scrutiny of documents. 

3.Candidates are warned not to carry mobile phone or any electronic or communication device, any type of watch, belt, wear ornaments like ring, chain etc. If any candidate is found possessing any such item, he/she will not be allowed to enter the test site. 

4.Candidate should report at the venue along with his admit card as originally downloaded from website at the date and time mentioned therein. Entry in the venue shall not be allowed before the time mentioned in admit card. After the completion of one shift the entry for next shift shall start.. 

5. It has come to the knowledge that there are certain candidates whose names find place in the multiple categories of various posts of Police Department. It is clarified that such candidates are required to appear in PST / PMT and scrutiny of documents for each category separately. As conduct of PST is connected with the physical strength of the candidate and timings of same are likely to change, all such candidates shall be required to appear for each category of post separately and his result of PST shall be considered as per category of post in which he appears. Good Performance in one and bad in other is a possibility but it shall not be a ground to consider one’s good performance for other category of post or vice versa, being dependent on so many factors. As regards PMT also the measurements shall for different categories of posts be taken separately. The measurements shall be obtained through computerized machine and automatically recorded in the system as per High Court orders. If a candidate is not satisfied with measurements, he/she can file his/her grievance in writing immediately on the spot on same date and in such case measurements shall be taken by expert committee and the measurements taken by such expert committee shall be taken as final result and his result of PMT shall be considered as per category of post in which he appears. As regards scrutiny of documents of such candidates they have to appear for multiple categories separately in each category. Candidates are advised to show all the documents at the time of scrutiny. 

6.At the venue, candidate shall be given token number and then he shall go into the waiting area from where he shall be called as per his token number for registration. For PST (Running) Candidate will be given Chest Number and RFID Tag/Chip which shall be tied to his feet. The candidate should not try to tamper with the Chest number or the chip given to him at any stage as any discrepancy in the same shall lead to cancellation of candidature and he shall be eliminated from further recruitment process. 

7.Taking drugs and other restricted medicine are strictly prohibited during Physical Screening Test and PMT. Any candidate found in possession of any drug or restricted medicine shall stand eliminated from further selection process and legal action will be taken against him/her as per law. 

8.All the candidates who have applied for the posts should ensure that they meet the physical standards for the post and are fit for the participation in the physical test. The candidate will participate in the Physical Screening Test at his/her own risk/responsibility. HSSC or the Government shall not be responsible for any mishappening or injury caused to him during the test. 

9.The candidate can participate in the Physical Screening Test with/without shoes as per his/her choice but if an injury is caused the Commission or government shall not be responsible for the same. 

10.Procedure to conduct PST (Running) :- 

i)Frisking of Candidate 

ii)Scanning of Bar code from Admit card and Registration of candidate by capturing photographs and biometric finger print after confirming the identity from ID produced by candidate.

iii)Providing separate chest number & tying RFID tag to candidate’s feet which will be scanned using chip scanner. 

iv)The candidates are required to pass through all the points of runway i.e. starting point, mid point and finish point so that the chip tied to their feet is recorded automatically in the system and if a candidate’s chip is not recorded at any point, he/she shall be disqualified and for such failure he himself shall be responsible. 

v)De-registration, obtaining Bio-metric and taking back RFID chip & chest number at end of PST. 

The whole process of PST will be captured through CCTV installed at different places to check impersonation and for the purpose of transparency and fairness but for calculating race time/PST, only the time recorded by RFID tag/chip will be considered for selection. 

11. PMT Procedure :- 

i)After Frisking, biometric attendance, scanning of Bar code on admit card, videography of candidate he/she will appear before the committee assigned for PMT. 

ii) PMT will be carried out through computerized machines in which measurement data will be displayed on screen. 

iii) Candidate shall sign on the measurement slip. Candidate will be given the result of PMT immediately after his measurement. 

iv) A CCTV will be placed at PMT Counter covering each machine such that candidate participating in the PMT event is captured. 

12. For Male Constable (Commando Wing):- 

i)As per department service rules, Candidates will have to appear for PMT first, Only those candidate who qualify PMT will be allowed to appear for PST (High Jumps) & those qualifying PST(High Jumps) will be allowed to appear for PST (Chin ups). 

ii)Result of qualified candidates will be displayed on Commission’s website on the last day of schedule after which Admit cards for PST (running) will be issued to only qualified candidates. PST (Running) Result will be displayed on Commission’s website on last day of PST (running). 

iii)Only candidates qualifying PST (running) will be called for Written Test. 

13. For Constable (General Duty) & Sub Inspector: 

i)Only the candidates who qualify the standards prescribed for PST shall be allowed to take part in PMT as per department service rules, the result of which will be displayed by HSSC on its website. 

ii) All candidates who have qualified the PMT will appear for Scrutiny of Documents. All other will stand eliminated from further process of selection. 

iii)Scrutiny will be done only of those candidates who have qualified PMT as per Department service rules and have been given the measurement slip written ‘Qualified’ on it. The candidate will carry this slip for scrutiny of documents. At the time of scrutiny of documents, candidates shall bring original admit card, measurement slip, one photo identity proof and all original documents (which have been mentioned by the candidates in his application form) and their attested photocopies with downloaded application form. After checking the Measurement slip, Admit card and Photo ID proof of candidate he will be allowed to appear before the assigned committee for scrutiny. After being verified by committee, his signature and thumb impression will be taken on the attendance sheet. 

14.If any candidate has any objection regarding PST, PMT or Scrutiny of documents he/she shall raise his objection in writing immediately on the same day to Redressal committee, after which no such objection shall be entertained. 

15.If at any stage, it is found that candidate does not fulfill the eligibility conditions as per advertisement and service rules of department, his candidature may be cancelled. 

16.All candidates are bound to follow the instructions given by HSSC from time to time and if not followed or any kind of indiscipline is created by him/her, his/her candidature may be cancelled. 

17.PST PMT and document verification will be as per HSSC Advt. No. 04/2020, 02/2021 & 03/2021 and Department Service rules which is already available on Commission’s website i.e. www.hssc.gov.in.

A crossed Demand Draft worth Rs. 1000/- for General Category and Rs. 250/- for Reserved Categories (for Haryana Domicile only) in favour of the Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D. Sharma, University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. 50% concession in the above fee is granted to the women candidates (both General & Reserve Category) as per Govt. instructions. PH & ESM candidates are exempted from the application fee.
