Haryana Staff Selection mission will hold written examination (OMR Sheets based) for the post of Excise Inspector, Advt. No 1/2015, Cat. No. 1, Excise & Taxation Department, Haryana on 03.12.2017 at various places as per schedule given below:-

Date & Time of Examination-
03.12.2017 (Morning) from 10.30 A.M to 1!.00 Noon
Reporting Time 09.00 A.M.
03.12.2017 (Evening) from 3.00 P.M to 4.30 P.M.
Reporting Time 1.30 P.M
Syllabus for Excise Inspector-
The examination for the post of Excise Inspector will comprise of 100 multiple choice questions of 90 minutes duration and divided into two portions comprising:-
i) 75% weightage for General awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, English, Hindi or Concerned or Relevant Subject as applicable.
ii) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana
Each question will carry two marks.
Admit Card-
Admit Card for written examination of the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission Web-site i.e. www.hssc.gov.in.
The candidates can download the admit cards from the Commission Web-site from 27.11.2017-onwards.
