Revised Written Exam Schedule for the Post of Forester
Haryana Staff Selection Commission has Postponed the written examination for the post of Foresters (Forest Department) Advt. No. 12/2015 Cat. No. 12 to be held on 15.10.2017 on administrative grounds and re-scheduled the same as per schedule given below-
Date & time of Examination-
29.10.2017 (Morning) from 10.30 A.M to 12.00 Noon
Reporting Time 09.00 A,M.
29.10.2017 (Evening) from 3.00 P.M to 4.30 P.M
Reporting Time 1.30 P.M.
Venue- Will be mentioned on Admit Card
Admit Card-
Admit Card for Written examination of the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission's Web-site i.e. www.hssc.gov.in.
The candidates can download the admit cards from the Commission's Web-site from 24.10.2017 onwards.

WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR THE POST OF FORESTERS AGAINST ADVT. NO. 12/2015, CAT. NO. 12
Haryana Staff Selection Commission has re-scheduled written examination for the post of Foresters, Cat. No. 12 (Forest Department) against Advt. No. 12/2015 as per schedule given below:-

Selection Criteria-
Total Marks: 225
written Examination- 200 Marks
Viva-Voce/Interview- 25 Marks
Syllabus & Paper Pattern-
The examination for the above posts will comprise of 100 multiple choice questions of 90 minutes duration and divided into two portions comprising:-
i.) 75% weightage for General awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, English, Hindi and concerned or relevant subject.
ii.) 25% weightage for History, current Affairs, Literature, Geography, civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana.
Each question will carry two marks.
Note-
As per Advertisement conditions Before the Interview/Viva-Voce the candidates wilf have to qualify'the Physical Standards and walking Test as the case may be
