Haryana Staff Selection Commission will hold written examination for the post of Wild Life Guard, Cat. No 9 (Additional P.C.C.F. Wild Life-cum-chief wild life warden) & Foresters, Cat. No. 12 (Forest Department) against Advt. No. 12/2015 as per schedule given below-
1. Wild Life Guard, Cat. No 9
Date and Time of Exam.
20.08.2017 (Morning) from 10.30 A.M to 12.00 Noon Reporting Time 09.00 A.M.
20.08.2017 (Evening) from 3.00 P.M to 4.30 P.M Reporting Time 1.30 P.M.
Place- Yamunanagar & Panipat
Foresters Cat. No. 12
27.08.2017 (Morning) from 10.30 A.M to 12.00 Noon Reporting Time 09.00 A.M.
27.08.2017 (Evening) from 3.00 P.M to 4.30 P.M Reporting Time 1.30 P.M.

Selection Criteria-
Total Marks- 225
Written Examination- 200 Marks
Viva-Voce/ Interview- 25 Marks
Syllabus for the post of Wild Life Guard & Forester Exam-
The examination for the above posts will comprise of 1oo multiple choice questions of 90 minutes duration and divided into two portions comprising:
i.) 75% weightage for General awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, English, Hindi and concerned or relevant subject.
ii.) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, civics, Environment, culture etc. of Haryana.
Each question will carry two marks.
Note-
As per Advertisement conditions Before the Interview/Viva-voce the candidates will have to qualify the Physical standards and Walking Test as the case may be.
Admit Card-
Admit Card for written examination of the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission's Web-site i.e. www.hssc.gov.in.
The candidates can download the admit cards from the Commission's Web-site from 14.08.2017 for the post of Wild Life Guard, Cat. No 9 and from 21.08.2017 for the post of Foresters, Cat. No. 12.
