Haryana Staff Selection Commission will hold Written Exam. (Online Computer Based Test ) for the posts of Junior Scale Stenographer (Both Languages) and Senior Scale Stenographer (Both Languages) of Various Departments / Boards & Corporations, Advt. No. 12/2015 Cat No. 6 and 8 respectively as per Schedule given below- 

1. Junior Scale Stenographer (Both Language)- 

13.07.2017 1st Shift 
Entry Time :- 9.00 AM to 10.00 AM 
No Entry after 10.00 AM 
Exam Start Time :- 10.30 A.M. 
Exam End Time :- 12.00 Noon 

13.07.2017 2nd Shift 
Entry Time :- 01.30 PM to 2.30 PM 
No Entry after 2.30 PM 
Exam Start Time :- 03.00 P.M 
Exam End Time :- 04.30 P.M. 
Place- Gurugram 

2. Senior Scale Stenographer (Both Languages)-

14.07.2017 1st Shift 
Entry Time :- 9.00 AM to 10.00 AM 
No Entry after 10.00 AM 
Exam Start Time :- 10.30 A.M. 
Exam End Time :- 12.00 Noon 

14.07.2017 2nd Shift 
Entry Time :- 01.30 PM to 2.30 PM 
No Entry after 2.30 PM 
Exam Start Time :- 03.00 P.M 
Exam End Time :- 04.30 P.M.
Place- Gurugram 

Syllabus/ Selection Criteria-

Total Marks: 225
1. Written Examination (CBT)- 200 Marks 
CBT will comprise of 100 multiple choice questions for 90 minutes duration and divided into two portions comprising-

i) 75% weightage for General awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, English, Hindi and concerned relevant subject. 

ii) 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana.
Each question will carry two marks. 
Viva-Voce will be of 25 marks.

Admit card will be available on the official website of the Commission w.e.f. 10.07.2017. Candidates can download admit card from their login.

The candidates can  prcatice for online test. Mock test link is given belwo. Candidates can practice any number of times without any restriction. For login use any id whether valid or invalid.
