Submission of  Hard copy of Application-

Candidates who have applied for job in University & has not submitted the hard copy (Print Out) of application form, he/she have to submit hard copy of application form to Deputy Registrar (Estt.), G.J.U.S.&T., Hisar through postal mail/by hand on any working day upto 21/04/2017


In continuation of Advt. No. 05/2016, last date for receipt of application forms for Clerk, Steno Typist and Peon only is extended upto 25.11.2016 upto 5:00 P.M.

For Clerk-
I. Graduation Degree from any recognized University. 
II. The candidate will have to quality the written test as prescribed by the competent Authority. 
III. The Candidate will have to qualify the Type-Test at the speed 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi converted with equivalent key depressions in computers. 
IV. Candidate should be able to work computers and with Internet and data entry efficiently 
Age Limit- 18-50

For Steno Typist (English)-
I. Graduation Degree from any recognized University. 
II. English Shorthand at the speed of 80 w.p.m and transcription thereof at the speed of 20 w.p.m. on computer. 
III. Candidate should be able to work on computers and with Internet and do data entry efficiently.

Application Fee-

The fee of Rs. 500 (Rs. 125/- for SC/BC/EBPGC/ESM/PWD) and 50% concession in fee for women candidates may be deposited either through Net Banking or Debit Card/Credit Card & E-challan (depositing on any CBS branch of Punjab National Bank) separately for each post.

Those who have already applied earlier for the post of (System Analyst- 1/2014), (Steno-Typist-2/2014) & (Peon-2/2010) may apply fresh online form and they need not to deposit fees with their application forms. However, the candidate will have to mention Diary No. of his/her previous application. Failure to apply fresh will not constitute any valid ground for consideration for selection procedure. Any claim for refund of fee will not be entertained.

Key Dates-

The online application forms are available on the University website w.e.f. 05.10.2016 from 9:00AM. 
Last date to generate and download e-challan is 02nd November 2016, 5:00PM. 
Last date for payment of fee through e-challan is 03rd November 2016 (upto working hours of Punjab National Bank). 
Last date for payment of fee through Net-Banking or Debit/Credit Card is 04th November 2016, 5:00PM.
The downloaded copy of application form duly filled in along with all other documents in support of educational qualifications and experience should reach the office of Deputy Registrar (Estt.) of this University latest by 11th November 2016. 

The candidate must be eligible on the last date for submission of application form as per the prescribed qualifications. Those who are in service should send their applications through proper channel also.

  • निम्न दस्तावेज के साथ साक्षात्कार के लिए उपस्थित होना है-
1. मूल दस्तावेज जो कि आपने फार्म के साथ लगा रखे हैं एवं इन सभी प्रमाण पत्रों की ओरिजनल एवं उसकी एक सत्यापित प्रति|
2. अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र की आरिजनल प्रति जो कि सम्बंधित विभाग से जहाॅ भी आपने कार्य किया है इस बारे में स्पष्ट रूप से सम्बंधित कार्यालय का नाम, पद, कार्यालय का डिस्पैच न0, दिनाॅक, अवधि एवं कार्यालय के अधिकारी की मोहर समेत साक्षात्कार के समय ले कर आना है। या अनुभव अवधि का ई0पी0एफ0 या ई0एस0आई0 का विवरण जो कि विभागाध्यक्ष द्वारा सत्यापित हो । या अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र मे दर्शाया गया पिरियड के अनुसार खाते मे डाली गयी सैलरी का विवरण जो कि विभागाध्यक्ष द्वारा सत्यापित हो 
3. उपरोक्त बिन्दु 2 के सदर्भ मे माँगी गई जानकारी उपलब्ध नहीं करा सका एवं मूल दस्तावेजों की वेरिफिकेशन के आधार पर अगर मेरिट के अंक लोवर मेरिट के प्रार्थी से कम हुए तो आप को साक्षात्कार के लिए अया्रेग्य घोशित कर दिया जाएगा। जिसके आप स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगे। 
4. अगर अनुभव से सम्बंधित गलत जानकारी पायी गई तो किसी भी समय आपकी उम्मीदवारी/चयन रदद कर दिया जाएगा एवं आपके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी। 
5. साक्षात्कार मे आने के लिए टी0ए0/डी0ए0 नहीं दिया जाएगा। 
6. साक्षात्कार मे भाग लेने से चपडासी पद पर चयन की कोई गारंटी नहीं होगी बल्कि वह उम्मीदवार की मापदंड अनुसार समग्र प्रदर्षन पर ही आधारित होगा।
