Haryana Staff selection commission will hold written examination at Panchkula for the under mentioned categories of posts as per schedule given below-
PGT Biology
Advt. No. 4/2015 Category No. 01
Date & Time of Examination-
06.12.2015 (Morning) from 10.30 A.M. to 11.45 A.M.
Reporting Time- 9.00 A.M.
Venue- Panchkula.
Viva-Voce/Interview- 24 marks.
No separate call letters will be sent to the candidates by the Commission through post.
Scheme of Exam.-
Total Marks: 200
I. Written Examlnarilon- 160 marks
The written examination for the above posts will comprise of 80 multiple choice questions and divided into two portions comprising-
i. 75% weightage for General awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, English, Hindi etc,(the word. etc" means and Includes concerned relevant subject).
ii. 25% weightage for History, current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc" of Haryana.
Each question will carry two marks.
II. Experience- 16 marks
(2 marks for each completed period of one year up to a maximum of 16 marks in teaching of relevant Subject)
Viva-Voce/Interview- 24 marks.
To assess the knowledge of subject, communication skill, General knowledge, General awareness and intelligence.
The number of candidates called for interview will be twice the number of vacancies.
The total marks obtained in the written test, Experience and viva-voce will determine the merit of the candidates in their respective categories.
Admit Card PGT Biology-
Admit Card for written examination of the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission's Web-site i.e. www.hssc.gov.in. The candidates can download the admit cards from the Commission's Web-site from 30th November, 2015 onwards. Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card and given below in para-3 very carefully and follow the same strictly to avoid any adverse consequences.
