NEET UG 2022 Counselling Schedule for 15% AIQ

NEET UG 2022 Counselling Schedule & Information Bulletin for 15% All India Quota and 100% Central Universities Quota 

NEET UG 2022 Counselling for admission to MBBS/BDS/B.Sc. Nursing courses in the following institutes/colleges will be  conducted by Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) on the basis of NEET UG Merit 2022 in the month of September/October, 2022. 

 UG Counselling: 

15% All India Quota seats MBBS/ BDS Seats of States (participation of the Union Territory of J&K is subject to their contribution of seats),
100%MBBS/ BDS Seats of BHU,
100% MBBS Seats of AIIMS across India,
100% JIPMER seats (Puducherry/ Karaikal),
100% AMU
85% of State Quota seats of DU/ I.P University (VMMC/ ABVIMS/ESIC Dental),
100% -Faculty of Dentistry (Jamia Milia Islamia) along with 5% internal Quota of Jamia students
15% IP quota seats of ESIC.

Important Information-

1. As per the ‘Modified Scheme’ approved by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, vide order dated 07.06.2012 passed in I.A. No. 35 / 2012 in Writ Petition (Civil) No(s). 443 of 1992 filed by Sharwan Kumar V/s DGHS &Ors., Medical Counseling Committee of DGHS in Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, New Delhi is conducting Online Counseling for allotment of Under Graduate (MBBS/BDS) seats to the eligible and qualified candidates under 15% All India Quota in participating Government Medical/Dental Colleges of the country every year. The allotment of seat to the candidates is made based on the NEET-UG Examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).

2. In addition, as per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 09.05.2017 passed in W.P. (C) No. 267/2017- Dar-Us-Slam Educational Trust and Ors. V/s Medical Council of India and Ors. , Medical Counseling Committee of Directorate General of Health Services is also conducting Online Counseling for allotment of Under Graduate (MBBS/BDS) seats to the eligible and qualified candidates in participating Deemed Universities of the country on the basis of NEET (UG) examination conducted by NTA.

3. Vide MCI Gazette Notification dated 27th June, 2017, the Designated Authority for counseling for the 15% All India Quota seats of the contributing States and all MBBS seats of Medical Educational Institutions of the Central Government, Universities established by an Act of Parliament and the Deemed Universities shall be the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.

4. The scheme of Counselling was modified by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of
India vide order dated 16.12.2021 in “SLA (C) No. 10487 of 2021 in the matter of Nihila P.P. v/s MCC & Ors. wherein it was approved by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to conduct online 4 rounds of AIQ Counselling i.e. AIQ Round 1, AIQ Round 2, AIQ Mop-up Round, AIQ Stray Vacancy Round. Therefore, no seats will be reverted back to the participating States after completion of Round 2.

5. Vide Order dated 22.08.2017 the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in W.P. (C) No. 689 of 2017 in the matter of Consortium of Deemed Universities in Karnataka & Anr. v/s Union of India &Ors. had issued directions stating that, 15% seats have to be allotted to the NRI Candidates in respect of UG seats (Medical/Dental) in Deemed Universities. 

6. The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India vide Order dated 09/05/2017 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.267 of 2017 –Dar-Us-Slam Educational Trust & Ors Vs MCI &Ors. Directorate General of health Services, Ministry of Health & Family
Welfare had directed as follows:

“After the second round of counselling for All India Quota seats, the students who take admission in All India Quota seats should not be allowed/permitted to vacate the seats. This would ensure that very few seats are reverted to the State Quota and also All India Quota seats are filed by students from the all India merit list only. The students who take admission and secure admission in Deemed Universities pursuant to the second round of counselling conducted by the DGHS shall not be eligible to participate in any other counselling.

Admit Cards

The Candidates can download their Admit Cards for the said Examination (Subject-wise) from the NTA website https://csirnet.nta.nic.in using their Application Number and Date of Birth

Candidates are advised to note the following:
 The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility conditions.
 Admit Card will not be sent by post.
 Candidate must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made thereon.
 Issue of Admit Card, however, will not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility which shall be further scrutinized at subsequent stages of the admission process.
 Candidates are advised to preserve a copy of their Admit Card and keep it in good condition for future reference.

Scrutiny of Documents-cum-interview for the post of PTI Advt. No. 06/2006, Cat No. 23

HSSC has notified that Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in SLP No. 35373 of 2013 in Civil AppealNo. 2103 of 2020Ramjit Singh Kardam & Ors V/S Sanjeev Kumar & Ors. has passed orders dated 08.04.2020 directing
the Commission to conduct the entire selection process initiated by advt. no. 6/2006, cat. No. 6 i.e, holding objective type written test of 200 marks & viva-voce of 25 marks.The Commission declared the result of written examination of PTI,School Education Department, Advt. No. 06/2006, Cat. No.23 on dated 05.10.2020. After the revised final answer key was put on the website, again many representations were received from candidates regarding certain questions and some candidates filed writs in Hon'ble Punjab & Harayan High Court.
Now in compliance of order dated 26.07.2022 passed by Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court in CWP No. 17196/2020 and other connected matter, the Commission placed all the objection received from the candidates alongwith the material submitted in support of the same before a panel  of subject experts for their consideration .On the basis of Expert Panel report the revised final Answer key for the post of PTI of School Education Department, Haryana against Advt. No. 6/2006,Category No. 23 has been prepared and evaluation done. In view of the revised result the Commission has decided to call the following candidates for scrutiny of documents-cum-interview/Viva-Voce provisionally and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per respective advertisement and service Rules. If any candidate has already been interviewed in view of court orders he/she may just give intimation in this regards.

Answer Key Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG)] – 2022

Answer Key for Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG)] – 2022 –

National Testing Agency conducted Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG)] - 2022 from 15 July 2022 to 30 August 2022 in six phases at 489 Examination Centres located in 259 cities across India and 09 cities outside India for about 14,90,000 candidates.
The National Testing Agency has uploaded the Provisional Answer Keys, and Question Papers with Recorded Responses on the website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/ for all candidates who appeared for CUET (UG) – 2022 to challenge.

The candidates, who are not satisfied with the Answer Key, may challenge the same by paying a fee of ₹ 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) per question challenged as a non-refundable processing fee. 

The details for Answer Key Challenge are given below:
The payment of the processing fee may be made through, Debit card/Credit Card/Net Banking/Paytm up to 10 September 2022 (up to 11:50 P.M.). No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee. The Challenges will not be accepted through any other medium. Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject experts. If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly.
Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key finalized by the Experts after the challenge will be final. No challenge will be accepted after 10 September 2022 (up to 11:50 P.M.). Challenges accepted against any Answer Key will be applicable to all candidates who would have attempted the corresponding Question. Candidates are advised to note that in terms of Para 2.2 of the Information Bulletin, in bi-lingual question papers, in case of any discrepancy in translation, English version shall prevail except Language Tests (Section 1A & 1B). Grievances of individual students about re-test based on their experience in CUET (UG) – 2022 have also been
considered, and such students are being informed through their registered e-mail address. The re-test is scheduled on 11 September 2022.

Procedure for Challenge of Answer Key

1. Please go to the website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in
2. Login with your Application Number, Password or Login with Application Number
and Date of Birth and enter Security Pin as displayed and click on Login Button.
3. Click ‘View/Challenge Answer Key’ button.
4. The Option(s) next to the Question ID under the column ‘Correct Option(s)’ stands for
the most appropriate Answer Key to be used by NTA.
5. If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the Option given
in the next five columns by clicking the check box
6. You may want to upload supporting documents in which you can select ‘Choose File’
and upload (all documents to be put in a single pdf file).
7. After clicking on your desired Option(s) ID for Challenge scroll down and click on
‘Submit and Review Claims’ and move to next screen. You must ensure to select all
the required options(s) before moving further.
8. You will see a display of all the Question ID and Option(s) you have challenged. You
may still modify your selection by clicking on ‘Modify Claim’. Once you have selected
all the Option(s) ID for Challenge you can click on ‘Save Claim and Pay Fee’.
9. Click on ‘Save Claim and Pay Fee’ to select payment options. No modification will
be allowed after payment.
10. Select Mode of Payment and Pay a non-refundable processing fee @ ₹ 200/- for each
question challenged. Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/Paytm.
