Eligibility Criteria: 

For B.Sc. Nursing Course :- 

(i) The candidate should have attained the age of 17 years or more on 31.12.2020. 
(ii) The candidate must have passed Senior School Certificate examination (10+2) of Board of School Education Haryana or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 45% aggregate marks for General Category, 40% marks for SC/BC in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English (PCB & E) taken together in qualifying examination. However, the candidate must have obtained pass marks in each subject separately. 

For Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course:- 

(i) The candidate should have attained the age of 21 years as on 31.12.2020. 
(ii) The candidate must have passed following examinations: 
a) Passed the higher secondary or Senior secondary or intermediate or an equivalent Examination recognized by the university for this purpose. Those who have done Matric/ 10+1 in or before 1986, will be eligible for admission. 
b) Has obtained a certificate in General Nursing and midwifery and Registered as RN&RM with any State Nurses Council. 
c) Must have been declared medically fit by the competent Medical Board constituted by institution concerned. 
d) In case of an employee of State Govt./UHSR, the candidate desirous to seek admission will have to obtain an NOC from State Government/ University of Health Sciences, Rohtak before submitting their application for admission in the course. Any application submitted without NOC of competent authority will not be considered eligible for various benefits under this policy. 
For M.Sc. Nursing Course:- 
i. The candidate should have attained the age of 22 years as on 31.12.2020.
ii. The candidate must have passed following examinations: 
(a) Must have passed B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks from any Indian Nursing Council recognized Nursing College and in case of SC/ST/BC category candidates minimum 50% aggregate marks. 
(b) Must be registered Nurse & Registered Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council. 
(c) Must have Minimum one year of work experience of recognized institute after B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing Honors or must have Minimum one year of work experience of recognized institute after or prior to Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing. The work experience will be calculated from the date of registration in parent Council till the last date of submission of form. 
(d) A candidate desirous of seeking admission will have to produce NOC from the State Government/University of Health Sciences, Rohtak before Admission Committee for admission in the course. 

For Nurse Practitioner Critical Care Programme (NPCC) 

a) The Candidate must possess a registered B.Sc./PB B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of one year Clinical experience, preferably in any critical care setting prior to enrolment.
b) Must have undergone the B.Sc. Nursing/PB.B.Sc. Nursing in an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. 
c) Must have scored not less than 55% aggregate marks in the B.Sc. program/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Programme. 
d) Selection must be based on the merit of an entrance examination. 
e) A candidate desirous to seek admission will have to obtain an NOC from the State/Government/University of Health Sciences, Rohtak before submitting their application for admission in the course. Any application submitted without NOC of the competent authority will not be considered eligible for various benefits under this policy

Process:- 

i. The admissions under all categories will be made on the basis of the merit of marks obtained in the Common Entrance Test-2020 (CET-2020) conducted by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. 
ii. A candidate for admission to B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing, , Nurse Practitioner Critical Care Programme (NPCC) Courses in Government Nursing Institutions and Open Merit Category (State quota) Seats in Private Institutions will be eligible if he/she is a citizen of India and is a bonafide resident of Haryana. 
iii. All candidates (General/SC/ST/BC-A/BC-B/Benchmark disabilities) desirous of seeking admissions in any category of seats should fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria/qualifications/ qualifying criteria as prescribed in the prospectus issued by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak for the Academic year 2020-21. 
iv. The candidate shall have to submit all documents, in original, at the time of counseling without which admission to B.SC Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Critical Care Programme (NPCC) course shall not be granted. Attested photocopies of certificates/documents will not be considered valid for the purpose of admission. 
v. For Management category, candidates from All Over India shall be eligible, irrespective of their State of domicile and place of study.

Procedure for Admission to State Quota seats in Government and Open Merit category seats (State quota seats) in Private Aided/Unaided Nursing Colleges located in the State of Haryana:- 

(i) The admissions under above stated categories will be made on the basis of Common Entrance Test 2020 (CET-2020) conducted by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. 
(ii) The relative merit, among such candidates desirous of seeking admission shall be drawn as per the merit of Common Entrance Test conducted by the University. 
(iii) Candidates applying on the basis of CET-2020 should fulfill the eligibility criteria for being granted admissions as fixed under CET 2020.
(iv) In case of a tie between two or more candidates having equal Marks/Merit, in entrance exam the inter-seranking of such candidates shall be determined as follows:- 

a) For B.Sc. Nursing Course:- 

i. A candidate with higher aggregate marks in Biology in the respective qualifying examination will be ranked higher. 
ii. If there is a tie then a candidate having higher marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) will be ranked higher in merit. 
iii. Still if there is a tie then a candidate older in age will be ranked higher in merit. 

b) For Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course:- 

i. A candidate with higher aggregate marks in General Nursing & Midwifery including internship will be ranked higher. 
ii. Still if there is a tie then a candidate older in age will be ranked higher in merit. 

c) For M.Sc. Nursing Course:- 

i. A candidate with higher aggregate marks in B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing honours/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course will be ranked higher. 
ii. Still if there is a tie then a candidate older in age will be ranked higher in merit referred. 

d) For Nurse Practitioner Critical Care Programme (NPCC) - 

Same as per above Clause 8 (iv)(c) 

(v) Personal appearance of the Candidates along with all original documents in front of the Admission Committee at Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak shall be compulsory.
(vi) The final confirmation of the course/institute will be done by the Admission Committee after physical verification of eligibility and original documents.

Admission open of ANM(F), GNM(F) & MPHW(M) Courses in Government/Private Nursing Institutes in the State of Haryana for the Academic Session 2020-21

It is for the information for all concerned and eligible candidates desirous of seeking admissions to ANM(F)/GNM(F) & MPHW(M) Courses in Nursing Institutes located in the State of Haryana that the State Government shall be conducting Online Centralized Combined Counselling for admission to ANM(F)/GNM(F) & MPHW(M) courses in Government/Private Nursing Institutes in the State of Haryana for the Academic Session 2020-21.

These admissions are to be conducted through online counselling process at the web portal Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL)- i.e. www.hrnursingadmissions.com as per schedule given below:-

1st Round of admissions

Counselling Authority-

The Haryana Nurses and Nurse Midwives Council, Panchkula is authorized to conduct online Combined Centralized Counselling as per the merit drawn on the basis of qualifying examination i.e. 10+2 for admission to ANM, GNM & MPHW (M) courses in Government/Private Nursing and MPHW(M) Training Schools in the State subject to verification of eligibility and original documents at the allotted institute.
It is further notified that all the students desirous of seeking admission to ANM/GNM/MPHW(M) courses will have to get registered online through web portal managed by Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL). The details of web portal including dates for inviting online applications and counselling schedule will be duly publicized as well as uploaded on the website of the Haryana Nurses and Nurse Midwives Council, Panchkula i.e. www.haryananursescouncil.com and on the website of Directorate of Medical Education and Research i.e. www.dmerharyana.org.

Eligibility Criteria: 

Eligibility for GNM 

 Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years on or before 31st December, 2020. There is no age bar for ANM/LHV courses. 

 Minimum education: 

 10+2 class passed preferably with Science (PCB) & English with aggregate of 40% marks. 
 10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Health care Science - Vocational stream ONLY, passing out from recognized Board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/ HSCE or other equivalent Board with 40% marks. 
 10+2 vocational ANM under CBSE Board or other equivalent board with 40% marks. 
 Registered as ANM with State Nursing Registration Council. 
 Student shall be medically fit. 
 Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination or Health care Science - Vocational stream ONLY conducted by National Institute of Open School with 40% marks. 

Eligibility for ANM 

 Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years on or before 31st December, 2020. 
 The minimum educational requirements shall be 10 + 2 in Arts (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Science or Health care Science - Vocational stream ONLY passing out from recognized Board. 
 Student shall be medically fit. 
 Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by National Institute of Open School. 

Eligibility for MPHW(M) 

 10+2 with any stream. 
 Minimum age for admission will be 17 and maximum age limit will be 35 years as on 31.12.2020 

Note:- 

Only female candidates will be considered for ANM and GNM Courses.

Registration cum Counselling fee

The Registration cum Counselling fee shall be as under:
Rs. 1000/- for Unreserved Category. 
Rs. 750/- for BC-A & BC-B of Haryana, PWD, FF, ESM, EWS Category. 
Rs. 500/- for SC/ST Category of Haryana

Procedure for Admission

(i) The schedule of counseling, admissions and start of classes shall be in conformity with the schedule laid down by Indian Nursing Council / State Government/Haryana Nurses & Nurse Midwives Council. 
(ii) Admission will be made through online centralized counselling from the list of registered candidates on the web portal as per merit in respective category and as explained below-

(i) The merit will be drawn separately for the candidates having passed the different qualifying exam as shown above. 

(ii) Preference will be given to candidates in following order:- 

For GNM 

 Candidates with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) in qualifying exam. 
 Registered as ANM with State Nurses Registration Council. 
 10+2 vocational ANM under CBSE Board or other equivalent from the School and recognized by Indian Nursing Council with 40% marks. 
 10+2 with Arts 
 Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science Examination or Health Care Science Vocational stream only conducted by National Institute of Open School with 40% marks. 

For ANM 

 10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Bio-technology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology and Philosophy) and English Core/ English elective or Science or Health Care Science-vocational stream only passing out from recognized Board. 
 Students qualified in 10+2 in Arts or Science Examination conducted by National Institute of Open School. For 

MPHW (M) 

 10+2 with any stream in qualifying exam. 
(iii) In case of a tie between two or more candidates having equal marks/merit in the merit list, Candidates older in age shall be given preference.

(iii) The choice of the course/institution exercised by the candidate at the time of online counselling will be considered final. 
(iv) The allotment of the school (no separate letter shall be sent) shall be made strictly as per merit prepared/drawn on the basis of merit and the choice/preference of the school filled up by the candidate on the online portal. 
(v) Personal appearance of the Candidates with all original documents shall be compulsory at the time of reporting at the institute. Attested photocopies of certificates/documents will not be considered valid for the purpose of admission. 
(vi) All admissions shall be provisional subject to verification/checking of eligibility for admission as per the original documents produced at the time of reporting at the institute for admission. 
(vii) In case there is a vacancy after the first round of counselling due to any reason, such seats will be filled up during the second round of counselling by the same process. However, if the seats still remain vacant even after the two rounds of counselling then left over seats will be filled up by mop up round of counselling. 
(viii) The institute shall report and confirm the admission of candidates online on the web portal and forward a list of admitted candidate through email to the Haryana Nurses & Nurse Midwives Council.

 The Fee structure for the entire course is as under:- 
ANM- Rs 1,37,800/- 
GNM- Rs 1,98,200/- 
MPHW(M)- Rs 94,000/

List of documents to be brought at the time of reporting to the institution 

The candidates, at the time of reporting must bring the following original certificates/documents/testimonials along with two sets of duly attested photo copies of these with them. Any candidate, who fails to produce any of the required certificate/document/testimonial at the time of reporting at the institution, will forfeit his/her claim to admission: 
1. Matriculation Certificate/High School Certificate/ICSE/Class 10th or its equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth. 
2. Having passed in qualifying examination i.e. 10+2. 
3. Certificate of good conduct/character from the Principal of the institution last attended. 
4. Service Certificate from the employer if applicable. 
5. Certificate pertaining to claims for reservation for Haryana Residents only (If claimed) Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes, Physically Handicapped, Children of Deceased/Disabled/Ex-Serviceman, Dependents of Freedom Fighters and Undertaking Haryana Domicile Certificate. 
6. As proof of identification-Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving Licence/ Passport/Voter ID.

Note:-

It will be discretion of the Competent Authority to consider for extension of last date of admission if required, keeping in view circumstances at that time. 
 
1. The candidates will have to deposit the fee in the shape of Demand Draft/RTGS/Credit/Debit Card to the allotted Institute directly. 
2. If any Institute fails to declare the vacancy position as per the specified date, such seats shall be considered filled and allotment to such seats shall not be made. 
3. Each Institute shall display final number of seats under each category on the admission web portal www.hrynursingadmissions.com. The candidates should regularly visit these websites for updates. 
4. Reservation and relaxation in age etc. shall be provided to the candidates of different reserved categories as per State Reservation Policy in view of notification under reference. 
5. Any candidate who fails to deposit original documents and the requisite fees to the Institute will not be considered and his/her claim to admission will be forfeited. 
6. Any orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court/Punjab and Haryana High Court/ Other Courts/amendments by the State Government/Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare shall be applicable.
7. Admission shall be made of those institutes only which are recognized and approved for admission from INC/State Government/HN&NMC and as per Office Memorandum issued by INC vide no. 28-26/2017-INC dated 15.02.2019 wherever applicable. The institutes which are unable to get affiliation from HN&NMC shall not be considered for counseling. 
8. Any admissions made by any private institutes in the state at its own level shall not be valid and such admissions shall be considered as null and void.
9. In no case admission made by any of the institute at its own level shall be entertained after the date of closing of admission on 30.11.2020. It is also made clear that excuse for making the admissions and not uploading oversightly on online system will not be entertained in any case and concerned Institutes shall be solely responsible for the same.
